the discussion has been goin back and forth and while I have been tempted to join and share my opinions (especially Arien's post) I hesitate becasue no one in this serial is acting rationally and so defending a character's choices are difficult to do based on logic.
In my opinion:
a) I cannot feel anger, hatred or disappointment towards Shravani however bad they show her becasue her actions are in line with a personality - a self absorbed spoilt brattish immature girl. motherhood does not wisen you up overnight. hard knocks in life do. I see beyond shravani's irritating visual traits and in her insecurity, I see her vulnerability. there are many that disagree with me and that is fine.
b) I am disappointed in archana and manav deeply - I think they set bad examples. these are two individuals who from early on in their youth have had to shoulder responsibility and had to be guidance counsellors for their younger siblings. thsi role, this early responsiblity made them mature, thoughtful people who thought before they acted (unliek shravani or varsha or sachin who are very immature and act before they think) YET after all their pondering, all their soul seraching all their maturity they came up with this illogical lame brained lose-lose solution. their attractiona dn lvoe for one another will not allow them to implement the sacrifice they are trying to make. which si human and in my mind understandable. AGAIN INSTEAD OF REALIZING their predicament and the hopelessness of their solution, they persist with the same solution and not only that they express their frustations on bystanders and peopel around them. Unfair I say. Their solution is ruining 4 lives and 3 families. Unfair again I say.
we all have our own point of view. what's important is not which angle we are looking at the problem but the fact that no matter which angle we look from- the solution is wrong. it is a lose-lose solution
If I am to fall in love again with these two characters and defend them again with passion then they must prove worthy of that loyalty. they must act their age. I do not want them toa ct immature or go the other end of the spectrum and act liek senior citizens ready to live their lives as retirees (which is what they are doing now).
they need to decide to reconcile, tell shravani te marriage will not happen and move on. Any other solution is unacceptable.
we can discuss their decisions till the cows come home yet all three of htem will be shortchanged by the current solution.

HopeDi,why shud ArMan act their age and be mature,but Shravni not have to act her age and be pampered and let off the hook for being brash,self-absorbed and immature when she is 24-25 yrs old??

He is a culprit coz he gambled archu away for a pesonal profit - his promise.He treats her like his property,how dare he tell her we will always love each other,blah,blah🤬 on the day of divorce in front of all and holding archu's hands etc.at that lake the day bfor.This guy committed adultery and betrayal both-to shravni and archu - so double punishment for him
And he is winning the mindgame when he is in control but will lose it all when he loses it(control).Thatz why his karma is his unnerving love for archu
Dare him to tell archu he doesnt and wont love her.Dare him to tell shravni I love u - he wont,that pallu-key-peeche-coward.He needs a real man to show him his hypocrisy - thatz why Jay's character is interesting,its not a hypocritical one although has its grey shades.Better gamble money than lives away,I say.
