Ofcourse Salt is a must but Sugar is used in everything mostly by Gujaratis from Gujrat...Mumbaikars dont use sugar in everything...😳 and I love my green vegies with green chili paste and not red chili in all vegies....

Like Tulsey I love presentation too...and serve it properly to make it nice and enjoyable...😃

i'm a gujju from gujarat lol😆 i love sugar in everything but very little not and overload...but i like 2 tbps of it in my chai
