Tulsey i do the same thing or i will turn the light on and watch it get baked. or pace here and there...😆

I was told not to walk on thud on the floor otherwise the cake that is supposed to rise will not do so.

U know I did not learn how to cook until I was 18. but I am still the best cook in my family (parents and inlaws) Inlaws are worse cooks.

Tulsey I am Varsha very nice to meet u...I only knew how to make basic gujju food like Daal, Rice, Sabji and Roti...Nothing more when I got married...After marriage and coming to US I started creating my own recipes from remembering mom's food and MIL's couple of dishes recipes...Rest is my own created or should say improvised...I know I am the best cook also on both side of the family 9Nog BSing) Although one of my bhabhi and Nanad are very good cooks too...My mom always have told me that you and your bhabhi are the best cooks of the family and we make her proud..😳😃 BTW my mom was da best cook...Awesome if I may say so... I don't like the way my ILs cook everything with Sugar and red chili...😳

Only thing I can bake is German chocolate cake...Not a good baker at all

actually i'm not allowed to bake unless it for myself. that is the rule.
well thuds might prevent dough from rising that is what i have heard not sure if it is true...😆

I watch it too😆 I will sit on the floor nd watch like a kid😆 nd get too excited if something weird is happening😆

so we have established that we are all bad bakers. Sid the name you gave Casper's Delight Bakery is not so apt now😉 but heck we are all very sweet.

Varsha are you a Gujju? i am a Gujju,...love my salt and sugar in every dish. 😆
