Thanks Tulsey. my mom uses salted butter, not really sure what she uses actually. all i know is that it does not taste like Indian ghee...my family has a phobia of buy ghee from Indian Grocery story or any other store... they believe ghee should only be make at home...will try it out.

Carpe I make my own ghee from unsalted or sweet butter...Easy and taste wonderful 😃

I want to take on lessons on baking.....I am a lousy in baking even cookies....I burn them repeatedly...just wanting to make sure that they are fully baked...
