Don't know what you mean by importance as a woman. Weren't you always saying that Savita and Manav have put things in Shravani's head by giving her more importance than Archana. Manav has cared more for Shravani over Archana? Is there anything great about Shravani to give her importance that she would deserve?
Importance as a woman means recognizing Shravni apart from being merely a baby carrier for the dEshmukh household . How is she as a woman ? How is her nature ? What r her likes , dislikes ?What is it that she desires ? What r her goals ?
Each one wants the baby , no one wants Shravni . Each one wants her money .........no one wants her . Savita wanted it and took it [ jewellery] Manav too ultimately took the 3 lacs from Girish and all of her seven lacs .
Physically she cud not do much as Archu did coz she was hampered by the pregnancy . She was advised to take it easy . But whenever she was asked or told that her money was being used , she did not object as such . Yet she was never given credit but dismissed off as she was rich so she never had value for the money anyway by a a viewership that was partial and loyal to Archna . Well I wud like to point out that Manju too comes from a rich family but has a lot more pettiness in her than Shravni .
Also I think it depends on each ones perspective whether Shravni desrves importance or not . In my opinion she does ......as she too is a human being . Archna too desrved self respect when she was being abused , but she herself devalued it saying in Shakkar philosophy woman loses her identity . In both these cases I dont agree that Shravnis unwed status shud deprive her of basic respect as a fiancee and Archus uneducated status shud deprive her of basic respect as a woman and she shud be made to eat in Kitchen .
