Kools, I agree with all your points. In fact, the falling in love with Manav so quickly part also makes a lot of sense to me, coz of two reasons...:
1.) Right now, she is emotionally vulnerable.
2.) Right now, she is in deep trouble, and right now Manav is the one sacrificing a lot for it. Hence it doesn't really surprise me that she has fallen for the person who is doing so much for her at this point of time, coz right now she is extremely grateful/extremely thankful and somewhat trying to know him more and seeing him in a different light than just her Dad's faithful servant. I think she is right now at the peak of all this gratefulness and so her falling in love as of now doesn't seem to be unrealistic, at least to me.
But yes, this love seems to be more like infatuation... in fact 80% infatuation. She has not fallen for Manav, his qualities etc. (he was the same all the time and she never fell for him before... she knew him since long even before she knew sachin) she has just fallen for 'her savior'. There is a difference in both these things. When she realizes that these are two different people and the real Manav is a person whom 'the savior' has been cloaking till now, a person who loves his wife like mad, and won't ever be happy with her, no matter what decisions 'the savior' in him takes, that will be the day she will reconsider her decision. As of now, she loves her savior for supporting her, and his being hot and handsome and extremely noble is a big plus point.
I hope I didn't make it up as a multiple personality disorder or something... but actually that's how it is even in a normal person, our character has a number of faces. Shravani right now has seen only one facet of Manav and has fallen in love with it is what I feel. for that love she is ignoring the Manav within.
