She actually reminds me of one of my aunts😆....so yes, this isn't unrealistic....grown women can behave like this....well beyond the age that Babita is shown to be....cuz woh jo mann ki gaanthein hoti hain, how they twist your thoughts and emotions.....and how that makes you behave....koi nahin keh sakta.

I also feel that HS handled it samajhdaari se in trying to make a suggestion to her....

Maybe it’s just me, but I actually think HS was being honest when he used NB’s name. He didn’t like the fact that Irfan thinks that ppl are taking advantage of his mom’s helpful nature and those ppl being Minnie and Babita who want the Khuranas around for their convenience.

HS should have just offered to pay market rate rent and paid for all other expenses and contacted Ashok and Lovely to come up with a long term solution regarding their living arrangements.... bringing them to his house is not the solution.... that is why he and Minnie are being criticized. No one is looking for long term solutions- Except Minnie no one is obligated to them but Everyone is being made villains- Hs, Minnie, Babita, irfan and Khatri whereas no one is talking about contacting the real culprits- Ashok and lovely. If Khuranas had sense they would have brought it up with their kids long ago- but they will bring their ego into it and never blame their kids.

If something goes wrong Ashok and Lovely will be the first to blame Hs and babita.

If The writers want they could make this a teaching opportunity for parents to talk about this with their kids honestly rather than just “hoping “ the kids would step up.

But while talking to Babita, he had a flashback about Mini overhearing his and irfan convo.

So that was the prime reason for him suggesting they bring Khuranas in.

And if he talks about imaandari then he should have be honest and told her about what irfan said and that Mini overheard.

How do we know how all this will end? That depends on what the situation will be at that time.

Most likely Ashok or Lovely will be brought back with a change of heart to take responsibility of the Khuranas for a bit....story ke twists and turns ke liye.

I don't really care where the Khuranas stay....but I do think Babita should reconcile with her past baggage regarding them....which she isn't doing right now by wishing them away.

Why she kept CD? She kept it... But it's not like she was niharoing it constantly that it would remind her of kadvi yadein all the time. It was lying in the cupboard unattended.. maybe she thought Mini would want to see it some time down the road.. maybe she kept it as a one last learning memoire of her past.. or maybe she thought she looked beautiful in it.. keeping the CD in no way implies that Babita wants her past to remain a part of her life

The sensible Mini was wallowing in self pity thinking of moving out when things were not going her way.. the mature Hanuman doubted mini because of his insecurity.. But Babita is not allowed to prevent her daughter from meeting her grandparents due to fear.. excellent

I partly don’t agree with you regarding babita, yes, she had good memories with them but compared to bad memories how many were good,the reason why she doesn’t want her former in laws to be with her is because of Minnie, it is ironic really. Whether it is good love or bad love people tend to take sides with whom they have affection , that affection can sometimes destroy relationships unknowingly. That is what babita is afraid , her daughter taking sides and losing her. That is babita ‘s mental turmoil. We can say it is just her imagination but things like this happen somewhere in world every time. Minnie is right in her place, but I feel babita is right in her view. Furthermore the in laws still have grudges towards babita in them it might not be openly but they are feeling it and that can lead to bitterness.

But as an avid Pb Fan i am really pissed of right now with makers for making babita an unrealistic caricature of an immature woman and minnie as mahaan. I had so much faith in makers that they have brought old dd days back. But for now this show is turning into another melodrama. I really did not like the day the makers showed khuranas as next door neighbours was worried about the same melodrama happening now. PB are such a talented lot that there were many good things to show. But alas. Nothing to say presently.
