The episode begins with Radha sleeping on the chair. Ketki and Sajni shake her shoulders and try to wake her up. Seeing that she's not waking up, they're happy and shake hands. Sajni is saying "bechari Mrs. Chopra." Mrs. Chopra is a patient who is supposed to get an injection from Radha. Now how will she get the injection if Radha is sleeping here so comfortably? Smiling, the two women leave the room.
The next scene shows Mrs. Chopra frantically moving on her bed. She is restless, and she needs her injection. The warden comes in, along with Ketki and realize that she hasn't been given her injection. Sajni is watching all this from the window. Ketki quickly gives the patient her injection and the warden asks her whose duty was this. Ketki blurts out that it was Radha's duty. The warden angrily asks her where Radha is. Just then Sajni enters the room and says Radha must be here somewhere. Ketki says if Radha was somewhere here only, then the patient wouldn't be in this condition. They try to instigate the warden against Radha. What if Mrs. Chopra decides to file a case against the hospital? THey could have all lost their jobs. Angrily the warden leaves the room and enters the nurse's lounge. There, she finds RAdha sleeping on the couch. Sajni and Ketki follow her there. The warden calls out Radha's name several times but no response. Finally RAdha wakes up, still a little drowsy. The warden says she never knew Radha was so irresponsible. RAdha is confused. She asks them what happened? The warden tells her to come to her office before going home tomorrow. She'll find out what happened and she'll also find out what is about to happen.
All the nurses, the warden, and her boss are in the lounge. The boss starts yelling at Radha. He says everyone thought she was a very hardworking girl. But they were all wrong. This is a hospital, not a place to sleep. Today, just for her mistake, all these people could have lost their jobs. He warns everyone that no one is going to sleep on their duty from today onwards. He hands Radha an envelope. She opens the letter to see that he's suspended her for one month.
Radha is talking to her friend, Gauri. Gauri tries to pacify Radha saying "jo dikhta hai, woh hamesha sach nahi hota." But RAdha argues that it was true. She did fall asleep when she was on duty. Now she's been suspended at a time when she most needs this job.
At home, Avi's about to leave for work. Meghna tells him to take care and Avi boasts of how much his boss loves him and his work and he can't be late. They need him to do all teh work. Just as Avi's leaving RAdha walks in with the letter. She quickly hides it behind her back. as he leaves, she drops it into her purse. Meghna has seen all this.
Radha walks up to Aai and says she has to tell her something. As she's about to speak, Aai says "baad mein." Today's a vrat so make kicchdi first. She doesn't let Radha speak. She gives her a list of chores.
Radha opens the front door to find Tripti, Praveen, and Mohit. Tripti tells her that she's going to her home (Praveen's). She has come to thank Radha. Aai is watching all this angrily. After they leave Aai tells her "baatein bahut hogayi ab chal ke kaam kar."
Radha goes into her room, quickly hides her purse in the closet and leaves. In the kitchen she tries to talk to Aai again. But Aai doesn't give her the opportunity. Radha is cutting the vegetables, wondering should she tell everyone about her suspension or not.
Meghna wonders what exactly is in Radha's purse that she wants to hide it from everyone. She decides she has to find out right now what was in it. Quietly, she goes into Radha's room and looks in her dresser. She opens the closet and finds the purse. She finds Radha's suspension letter and the episode ends there.
Overall, pretty uneventful episode - except for the suspension. I'm guessing Radha will try to find another job nowđ
