We all are wondering what is wrong with our couple as why can't they see each other's love? Strangers are able to see it, then why not them? Also heard after accident thing, Kunal must understand and what not? Well it's complicated.
I agree, both of them have acted in ways that should hint them both of them love each other very much. Siddhi didn't leave Kunal even in face of death, she clings to Kunal if any trouble appears and depends on him at every move. So this should be enough. Well same way Kunal's actions also say more than enough. Just start from party where Kunal pushed Abhay away with tears in his eyes, then slapping politician while he is with armed body guards, asks Siddhi to get out of car so at least she will be safe, nursing her during the trip and being extremely protective of her. So again this should be enough.
It is not that they don not see it. But both are questioning their selves if what they see is true or not? We saw time after time both confronting each other on their feelings. Both questioned each other in office. During the trip we see Siddhi often staring at Kunal to question him, Kunal often pushes Siddhi to say a word or two; but both have changed the subject. They both need confirmation as what they see is true and not simply their subjective interpretation.
Why would they need confirmation? well both lied to each other big time. Kunal's lie about being married and having kid would sure trouble Siddhi. Siddhi calling Kunal a murderer and telling him to get out still haunts Kunal. Kunal is still trying to make sense of that.
Second reason is 9 years. Simply staying apart for 9 years puts so many complications. Both suffered through these 9 years and they need some type of consolation from each other. Their pain comes out as taunts for each other and it is good that they come out.
Now we see Siddhi is able to see through Kunal much better. Major reason is Kunal sucks at lying to Siddhi. He is pathetic. He goes way OTT with words and than his actions just don't follow it. He says he doesn't care about Siddhi and one little thing happens to her he jumps. So because of his lie, he actually exposes himself more making it easier for Siddhi to see through. Also somehow Siddhi has accepted Kunal's lie thinking he did whatever for some reason. But his actions clearly say what's in his heart.
With Kunal, not same. He already has trouble getting emotional things. now Siddhi dear loves to be mute. It in last few weeks we see her being vocal and more assertive that Kunal can get a hint or two. before she was all I will keep my distance. But more than that, Kunal still has not accepted what happened 9 years ago. He simply can't accept his Siddhi would do that. But then he can't avoid what took place. So he is still struggling to make sense of things.
So lies and 9 years distance is responsible for both to still question what if? What they need to do is spend time together as they are doing with this trip. If they stay together, can't keep their defenses and lies for long. Sooner or later honesty will come out and we see that happening already.
But both of them need other one to utter or spell it out. Even if they think or kind of know they love each other, they need confirmation. Kunal sure needs Siddhi to say it, but Siddhi too needs Kunal to say it as that's why she keeps questioning him why this?
So we have to give them some time to get over 9 years.
