Iam also gg through a toxic work environment...not to this extend but still....there is a grp of teachers who really rag the junior teachers....and i have been their new target for a while....they wud always comment on my dress, my voice, my looks and everything....and the ego clashes of senior ones... some have a hold on our head and they rule...the place is toxic but kids keep you sane😍

Workplace toxicity and bullying is so so common and so less talked about.

Don't let it affect you dear. Focus on what you love to do, your goals, your work and ambitions.i am sure you will come out of it stronger🤗
