Ok, just saw ShiVi scenes again, and forgot how Dhara threatened to beat both ShiVi. "Maa agayi hai toh yeh mat samaj a ke Bach jaoge. Iss haveli mein bahaut kamre hai. Kahin bhi lejake dhulai karungi".

That is soo controlling and abusive. And makes me soo mad!! She has no right to say that to Raavi. She forced her in that relationship. What was the thing she said on kidnapping day, she has to give chance. Relationships are built on trust and respect apart from love. If she wanted to give advise why not about trusting and respecting each other and their relationship. What's with behave front of others or I'll take you to another room and beat you up. Like wtf.

Though she may have meant well, this kind of behavior is not normal. In real world, this threat is also considered as domestic violence. This would never fly with me. I'd become Rishita in this case. Dgara totally takes advantage of Raavi.

Man just thinking about it more and more makes me sooooo mad!!

Hope there's uproar again on SM on that dialogue.

You have already put Raavi and Shiva through so much, what more Sazaa are you talking about😕

Exactly sazaa for what? If those beatings were not the sazaa then what was the use of it? And poor Raavi hasn't even done anything. They're already living a sazaa in the name of their marriage.

I'm so mad at her. All of last week I kept saying it's so easy to blame Dhara for all the things that have happened, and she's been taking on the mistakes of others. Now she's doing the same, she went overboard two days ago and it's not stopping. It's not everyone taking her lightly, she's the one not caring about everyone else's feelings or even letting them express it.

I can't believe she is talking to a grown up man in front of his wife who already doesn’t respect him at all nor does he. I am shocked to see the level of apathy the CV’s have created while writing Dhara in this track.

I am sorry, but women don't need man-children in the name of husbands. Dhara hasn't taught them anything properly. Instead uses the stick approach, which is wrong. Why should she be even writing Shivi’s story? Both already have so much to deal with. CV’s have excellent material with these two. The writing is unimaginative.

So, we see man-children craving Bhabhi’s phaphda instead of beaming with happiness that at least a woman cooked for them? WTf is even that? I am okay with the division of labour, but they are on a holiday. You can't both cook together and then eat? These people needed wives only to procreate and not for their emotional needs.

That portrayal is pretty problematic, especially Dev-Rishita, who seem to have a love marriage. Why can't they have conversations which don't involve family?

Shiva-Raavi, I understand, don't have any common talking points apart from bickering, so they build up that UST and fragile glimpses of care. But we can't watch things in the loop. Sorry, but Suman wanting to throw Dhara away after ten years of marriage seems unrealistic to me. Why can't Suman call her separately and reprimand her for her interference? Tell her how men need wives too for emotional needs. Let them build it up.

I would love to see something like that.

Bang on!! I felt the same! These guys need to stop worshipping their bhabhi. I was so angry when Dev did not even appreciate Rishita making breakfast for him. Why didnt Dhara teach these guys to cook, clean? Why are they so dependent on their bhabhi? You should atleast know how to put jam on your bread or make a regular omelet. That is not rocket science! What world is the Pandya parivar living in? Where Gaumbi cannot even cook maggi for himself but wants his wife to make undhiyu and puri!! Arrghh!!😡

I like the brothers bonding, I also like the respect they give to GauRa but should stop at that. Here the grown men are acting as if they will die without their Bhabi's food😆 Those scenes are funny to look at but in reality, it is humiliating the new wife. Raavi atleast didn't cook, they are still arguing about ordering food from outside, but Rishita, made burnt double toast (as Krish said😆) , Dev couldn't appreciate what she amde, instead he wanted Bhabi ka kaana, Dhara ki Dadgiri etc. Every which way they go, finally they all come back to Dhara. As the story is from Dhara's POV, writers will make it about her and only her.

Meaningful conversation is the keyword here but not getting it. Instead we get gyaan, chudail, booth, danda session, batwara, bhabi ka khaana, Shivi's nok jhok and Rishita's constant complaints.

I am telling you we have lot of patience to see the show and discuss/analyze in detail. I bet even the writers would not think as much as we do😆

And she wasn't just talking to a grown up man. She was talking to grown up man and his wife. I took that as she was threatening to beat them both.

Exactly. Stereotyping at its peak. Men can’t cook and women should feed as it’s the only way to keep a man happy and in mood.

Food can be orgasmic but LOL no one gets excited looking at puris thinking ‘ Aye Haye, my wife is so hot, Kya Puri banayi Hai’ 🤣🤣

ITV cannot even get ahead of these tropes 🤣

Shivi ko apne love story kudh likhna chahiye! Isi ummed mein har roz ye serial dekh rahi hoon. Dhara ki plan bilkul fail hona chahiye. Suman aayi hai na, woh sab dekh legi😆

Exactly. I would freak if I were Raavi.

Well thats the whole point

What we expect is 2021 but we are served 1970 nonsense
