Writing Prompts - Page 2

Just here to add some thoughts on additional story lines/prompts to go off of if anyone is in a writing crunch:

Cannon to PS:

1. Stories about their childhood (can explore whether either of them were secretly crushing on one another, whether they had other love interests or people who liked them, just write about their nok-jhoks)
   
2. Stories that build off the current track (so imaging how the next steps of the scene would proceed, using spoilers/BTS segments to write your own version of the scene)
3. Romance during festivals/holidays/birthdays (how the two of them celebrate holi, karwa chauth, etc.)
4. Stories including Krish and how these two support Krish and guide him like an elder brother/sister would
5. Family outings that could serve as double or triple dates (can explore going to the park, movies, etc.)
   

Non Cannon to PS:

These are all ideas that I've come across while being a member of multiple other fandoms, and for the most part, they can be done well!

1. Soulmate stories (for those of you who are familiar, soulmate clock (everyone has a clock, but when you meet your soulmate, it rings), soulmate ink (whatever you write on your body, your soulmate is able to read it too), being able to see colors (everyone begins with black and white vision, but the second they come across their soulmate, they get color vision)
2. Fantasy (they can hear each other's thoughts, they are princes/princesses, they have magical superpowers, Harry Potter crossovers, etc.)
3. An alternate story line (they never married, they were lovers from the beginning, etc.)
   

As I think of more, I'll probably update this response, but this can be a good start to anyone who wants to give writing a chance!

Great idea, Mel! I love it. I love reading very much. We have so many talented writers here.

[I love soulmates stories..i read one fanfic where the name of your greatest love, supporter and enemy will appear on your wrist once you turn 16, three names but for the hero there was only one name and he wasn't able to decide whether the person was his enemy, friend or lover..that was so intense and funny story at the same time. ]

There's so many great writers here who have written about ShiVi, they're so talented. I love to write but don't think I could do ShiVi justice with mine. There's a few I'd like to read about. I don't mind the story but there's certain things I'd love to be added.

1. Raavi making Shiva tea

2. Shiva showing Raavi how to ride his bike

3. Raavi falling ill, shiva silently taking care of her

4. Raavi helping Shiva in the store one day, with nok jhoks but also understanding what he's about

5. Shiva and Raavi connecting over losing their parent/parents

6. Maybe a date between them

7. Shiva and Raavi reminiscing and talking about their childhood, plus different incidents which occurred between them when they were older - them both looking at things differently and not how they initially did.

Honestly the way Raavi keeps bringing up their childhood, I would love to read something like that! Like how she mentioned that she fought for Shiva because he hungry

I would like to read something to make up for the forced family hug...

A situation where Shiva looks for Raavi and tells her to join😍

Now that they are in Bikaner where GauRa got married and had that Tulsi Pani rasam, I'd love to see Raavi doing the Pooja/watering the plant there as well wearing Dhara's saree (on her own) when she learns of this rasam as her way to show acceptance to this marriage. And Shiva being the sole spectator and they have an eye lock

I love, love, love all your cannon to PS ideas. There's just something special about reading stories that have resemblance to this show.

I love the idea! I would love to read a story about their childhood where Dev disappoints Raavi but Shiva cheers her up. She doesn’t realize it then but as an adult when she looks back, she remembers how special he made her feel.

And any stories that involve heart to heart conversations and where one comforts the other when they are hurt.

how about a fic on GauRa's bet about about ShiVi falling in love😆
