If he is doing a film, I would assume there would be some sort of an official announcement from the producers.

If billu is still shooting for IM, maybe that's the reason there isn't any announcement yet. Also if Hania is the FL, she might be shooting for the netflix project. It's better to announce half way into the shooting or towards the end of shooting.

A webseries for see prime is not that big. Doing a webseries for Zee5 is much bigger than that.
