i want to make this clear from right now that:

edit* many people was asking for the meaning of the word "Mata-e-jaan" i read it in the novel so thought of sharing ti with you all, hope its help you with uderstanding the meaning of the word^^

Have any of you read MEJ - the novel ?

In the end of the novel, there is a "segment" or whatever you call it, where Farhat Ma'm answered some questions and shared her feeling and all^^

She mentioned that she was told to CHANGE the name or somthing, cause of one or another reason [reading urdu is soo hard that i hardly get wht they are saying, so didnt get why she was suppose to change, it was heavy name or something, not sure] BUT yaah .. and she said that she REQUESTED them to let her keep the name, because THE novel is BASED or is all about being MATA-E-JAAN,mata-e-jaan is Something/someone - but in this novel someone who is very precious, he is the reason for someone to live and die [DAMN, sooo saaad :'(] and in this case Ebaad is the one, yupz she said it herself " Aabi hai Mata-e-Jaan Hania Sajad ke liye, Aabi hai Mata-e-jaan Azhar farooq aur Hajra azhar ke liye [HIS parents]

soo saying mata e jaan hai tu, is actually being reffered to Ebaad

Hope its clear now 😎

ahh, so this mata-e-jaan is soemone very percious, someone you live for, and without the person you are dead .. like yeaah :(

Oh goosh, the meaning is sooo SAD :(

even Farahat Ma'm CRIED while writing "the sad scene" ebaad's death and all :((

Reeno - sorry for going off topic, mujhe apni avi [the one you are usin] uska IMG link snd karti ho ? I tried hard yest, but as you can see i FAILED^ + make some stuff om Mata-e-Jaan * avis shaivs banao ;)
