While criticism is always invited, I don't understand one thing, drHfan_in. If you have numerous problems with the very content of the show, and every sphere in which the story is directed, why do you even bother watching it?
This is a fictional show which brings out human emotions from the crux of each character, their trials and tribulations in an excellent manner. Truth is people change, and this show tries to portray reality to the closest quarters. If you would follow twitter you would know that everything about the show has only ignited the love of one's country. Even the recent frames which you think are encouraging anti-Pak sentiments or siding with terror, have posed questions to the perpetuation of hate & terror, instead of fuelling anti-Pak / anti-nationalist behaviours.
Nationalism or Humanity require action, not words.
And I refuse to accept that the makers have had anything communal in mind when they selected the characters, which you keep highlighting. We all are Indians first, then we maybe a Bengali, a Tamilian, a Christian, a Hindu or a Jain. Our identity should be Indian and our religion should be Humanity. Especially for soldiers, bcuz it is always country above all for them. Above gender, caste, creed, colour, religion or social standing.
And, with all due respect, it would be lovely to see any country's name begin with a capital letter, they are proper nouns you know... '
