Rima in Malaysia we use the pumkin you put out for halloween. Dark orange in colour.
You can use butternut squash peeled and seeded.

Unga Dosa Pizza parkka super-aa irukku. I would like to try making it for my li'l one. I have never tried to make dosa without flipping them. So, even if you make a thick enough dosa like the one on the picture, the top side gets cooked well, just by covering it with a lid?

In order for us to keep up with the index, can we share the work? I can do a few pages of indexing starting with Page 71 and some one else can do the next few and so on?

I can do the index similar to the style that we are following in EXCEL. And after that, where/to whom should I send it to?
