Btw, Kavitha...... your recipes with photos are impressive. So when are you going to call me to your home and share the Cheese cake with me. 😉 😉 😉 Afterall we are nearly neighbours. 😊 My biggest weakness is cheesecake. 😃 Yum..... to die for.

Thanks Kavitha. I will try the rava thosai. You char Kuay Teow looks good. You know, my BIL make very good Char Kuay Teow too.

By the way, what is Maida - is it all purpose flour?

Yes Pat, its all purpose flour.
Pat why don't you post your version of the Char Kway Teow. Sometimes there will be a slight difference.
