Karthik's monologue...
Why I am behaving impulsively?..i am not a person of losing temper that easily..i am always a cool and easy going guy...what happened to me now?why was it mattered to me if anyone talked bad about her.
Why I had shouted at Vishnu for a small issue..?There was no need to over react like that...
It was totally unlike me and out of my character...
Am I letting her affect me?
No... Never... I am not that weak to let anybody affect me..."Karthik... be strong and be focus..."

He made up his mind to be strong...
Karthik called for a team meeting...
"Hi friends,I am ur new team leader Karthik...naan friendly aana aalu dhaan so neenga yeppavum pola free aa irukalaam,team aa work pannuvom..work ah divide panni pannaallam... same time yellaarum mutual aa help panni kallaam,team bonding than mukkiyam,neenga yenkitta yendha help venaanum thayangaama kekkalaam...I am willing do any help u people would needed..."
Now I would like to know about u all...can we start from Raji?"he gestured Raji to start..
"Hi sir...,I am Raji...my native is Coimbatore but settled in Chennai..have studied B.E IT,I have been working here for past 6 months,its my first job..thats all to say about me" she said briefly..
"Yellaam ok ..indha sir dhaan konjam idikudhu...u can call me Karthik..ok?"he said in a friendly voice...
"Ok.."she accepted unwillingly...
"Ok...??."he let the sentence unfinished ...
"Ok Karthik..."she said his name reluctantly..
His name sounds nice and unique to his ears when it comes from her mouth...
An unknown jittery feeling over took him,he felt like an teenager...he brushed off that feeling instantly..."What a stupidity.???.he chided himself and came back from his dream land..
"I know about Angel,as she was my college mate..so Padmanaaban,tell about yourself..."
"Annaa...yenna Padhu' nae koopidunga naa,Padmanaban nu koopitaa yedho vayasaanavangala koopidura maathiri irukku.."he said naively ...
Karthik was shocked to see this kind of attitude from an IT professional..
Raji suppressed her smile by seeing Karthik's shocked reaction...
"Padhu,u no need to call me annaa, just call me Karthik ..that would be fine.."He told to him patiently..
"Annaa,neenga vayasula periyavanga ,adhu mattum illai,yennoda uyar adhigaari...unagala yeppadi per solli koopiduradhu?adhu mariyaadhaiyaa irukaadhu naa..."
Karthik thought in his mind.."yaarudaa ivan?" shook his head in disbelief..then decided to let him as he was,
He smiled at him "Its ok padhu u call me as u wish but be sincere in ur work that's what I am expecting from u..."
"Annaa,yenna nambunga,yen uyir ah koduthaavadhu dead line kulla indha project ah mudichidaren ..neenga kavalai padaadheenga..."he said with pride...
Karthik was like..."what the heck is this?"
Raji couldn't control her laughter anymore, she burst out in laughter..
Karthik saw her smile for the first time.."How innocent she looks while she smiling from heart!!!!.."
He was mesmerized by that sight..."why she was not smiling often ..?she looks adorable..."
Raji came back to her usual self as soon as she met Karthik's eyes..
"Iyoo.. ivan munnaadi ippadi sirichirukka venaam..."she was embarrassed..
Karthik too gathered his wavering mind,and concentrated on his work...
"Padhu,neenga uyir ah vittutaa,velai yaaru seiyaradhu?so neenga velaiya correct aa panninaa podhum...ok?"He was annoyed a little.
"Ok naa"he grinned..
"Ok fine thats all for now.I will mail the work details later,u may leave now"Karthik finished the meeting..
As raji was about to go ,he stopped her by calling her name...
"Raji..,You stay back for a while,I need to have a word with u.."
Raji closed her eyes and inhaled deeply to calm down her pulsating heart.."Now what?"
"Why he is stopping me?Is he going to take any revenge or what?" she got nervous..
"Raji be seated...no need to panic ..stay released.."he comforted her..and continued..
"I am not a kind of person who mingles his professional and personal life,I know very well how to keep them separately...don't think that I will show any indifference to u for ur personal disliking over me...Keep all the issues aside,and concentrate on ur work,as a TL I will be always supportive to u..
Am I clear to u?"he said all in a flow without any pause...
She comprehended his words in mind...so he wouldn't show any personal grudges...
She was delighted now...she smiled whole heartedly and said..."Yes sir..."
"Yes...what? He raised his brows in question...
"Yes Karthik.."she corrected her words...and started to walk out..
"Ivan konjam nallavan dhaan..."she thought with a contented smile..
But that smile has frozen in her lips...by hearing his last words...
"Oru nimisham...ippa sonnadhu truly professional..adhanaala namakkulla personal aa yellaam ok aagittadhaa nenaichika vendaam,everything remains the same between us outside this office..."
She was back to square one ,..."Ivan romba mosamaanavan dhaan..."she concluded...
After she had left...Karthik recollected the whole events,
Why he was so keen on to make her call his name? What does that matter to him if she call him by name.?
Karthik was a kind of person for whom his heart and mind would speak the same language...
But for the first time he got to see them differ...
NEXT DAY
While Raji was entering the office she was surprised by the changes in the interiors..the empty place opposite to her cubicle was now converted into an individual cabin...
Admin persons were working in that cabin...arranging and cleaning...she was wondering whose going to come there?
Mean time,Vishnu asked "Yenna sir,vaasthu sari illainu yellaathaiyum maathi vaikareengalaa?"
"No,sir,unga pudhu TL Karthik sir ku cabin ready pannitu irukom..." one of the Admin person replied..
By hearing all the conversation Raji came and sit in her place and looked at the opposite direction..
She was shocked to the core..the cabin was situated in a position where one could see her directly if a person just raise his eyes, the same was the case with Raji also..
The glass partition of the cabin placed in that way...
"OMG...Avan ippadi yedhir laiye nandhi maathiri vandhu ukkaara poraanaa?appuram naan yeppadi velai seiyaradhu...?Modhalla place change panna mudiyumaannu paarkanum.."she was worried now...
Later she immersed in her work,after working for a while... she felt tired and thought of having a cup of coffee..
She raised her eyes and was stilled...Karthik was sitting just opposite to her and working...
Same time Karthik also looked back at her..and their eyes met each other...
For an instance her brain stopped working..she went blank...
He raised his brows like asking"what" his lips curved with a lopsided smile by seeing her state...
She broke the eye lock instantly and bent her head down. like she was caught red handed...
All the blood rushed to her face,and a slight blush appeared on her cheeks...
She bit her cheek inwardly to stop the blush..she felt something flying in her stomach..
She was wondering what happened to her...
"What happened to me?why I am behaving weirdly..?"she was clueless...
Another soul also watching this drama sitting beside her...and said in its mind voice...
"Oh... kadhai appadi pogudhaa???mmm"
