Raji and Vishnu were working ...sitting adjacent side..
There were three cabins in a row..Angel and Raji sitting at the ends and Vishnu was in middle..
Raji turned towards Vishnu...and called him
"Vishnu..."
He turned to her side and asked..."Yenna Raji?"
"Meeting mudinjirukkumaa?" she asked in a doubtful voice..
"Theriyala Raji...Yen kekkureenga?"
"Illai normal aa Vishvanathan sir kooda meeting naale romba tension aagidudhu...demo onnum sodhapidaadhe?" she seemed to be very nervous.
"Cha..Cha...naama pakkaavaa ready pannirukom,so no problem be cool..."he showed thumbs up symbol...
Raji was restless..her instinct says something bad was going to happen...
"Vishnu..."
"Rajiii..."
She doesn't know what to ask...
She was aware of that Vishnu was waiting for her reply..."Unga friend yenga kaanom ?"She blurted out something...
"Theriyala Raji ...naan venaa phone panni vara sollavaa?"Vishnu smiled at her...
Raji felt terrible she hurriedly denied.."illai illai,venaam ,naan chummaa dhaan keten.."
Vishnu laughed at her plight...meantime his intercom ringed...
"Hello Vishnu here..."after he ended the call , he turned towards Raji..
"Raji ,vaanga ,Vishvanaadhan sir meeting ku team member iyum koopidaraanga..."
She has got nervous even more now...Angel,Vishnu and Raji entered the meeting hall...
Vishvanathan sir,koushik,Lakshmi and Karthik were already presented there..
Raji was seated opposite to Karthik...for an instance their eyes met each other..but she quickly averted her gaze...
After all were settled.. Vishvanathan sir..started the meeting...
"Hello every one, as I am not seeing u all often ,I may not know all your names..but I am very well aware of what you guys are doing.."
"This city bank project which you have done was good..I am personally congratulating Koushik's team for putting their best efforts to produce the very good result within the dead line...
Koushik you have done a great job as a PM and Lakshmi u have coordinated the team very well..good work from ur side...and all the team members... I know each one of u contributed well for this success...good team work keep it up guys.."
"Thank you sir.." they said in unison..
"Another objective of this meeting is to announce the next project for ur team...
Our client is "Wall mart"..a very big chain of retail super market.." he gave some details about the company..
"It's a very big project...so unga team oda man power pathaadhu..so I have splitted lakshmi's team as two and increased the members count...
Indha project la neenga rendu team aa work panna poreenga..under two team leaders and one PM
Ofcourse Koushik will be ur PM...lakshmi will be one team leader...and the another one is Mr.Karthik..
He is a new joinee to ur team..he has transferred from our Mumbai branch..
He is a very talented person and his performance remarks were excellent..he has already worked in similar kind of project ,so it would be easy for him to work in this project, so I thought of promoting him as a team leader ..all of u should give ur full support to this young man...now karthik will introduce himself.."
Karthik stood up..."Hi, I am karthik...as sir said, coming from Mumbai branch, first I would like to thank Vishvanathan sir for giving me this opportunity,actually it's a big surprise for me...I will put my best efforts in this new designation...I am looking forward to a very good learning experience here..Thank u."
He ended his speech...
Meanwhile Raji was awe struck by the events happened..."OMG he is a team leader,naan vera avan kitta sandai pottuten...aduvum illaama romba mosamaa vera thittiten...what a blunder I had done?"she regretted for her deeds..
"Now Koushik will announce the team members..."vishvanadhan sir declared...
Raji came out of her thoughts in a shock as she heard Koushik's announcement.
"It will be four members for each team including TL...now we have only four members in our team rest have taken from other teams..."
As koushik was about to announce the names..Raji closed his eyes and prayed to god ...
"Kadavule naan karthik team ku pogakoodadhu.."she repeatedly chanting this..
"Vishnu ,Kodhai and Janaki will be in Lakshmi's team ..Angel ,Raji and Padmanaaban will be in Karthik's team..."
As she heard the announcement, she snapped opened her eyes and looked straight at Karthik in utter shock...
But his face was expressionless..she could not fathom what was running in his mind...
"This is what I had feared of...Kadaisila naan bayandha maathiriye nadandhudichi..."
"Yenakku aappu on the way ,adhu mattum therinji pochi.." she was anxious now...

"Pudhu office...!!! Pudhu project.. !!!!Pudhu Team leader promotion...!!! kalakkarel ...Karthik...!!!"
Vishnu laughed shaking his hands...
"Dai podhum daa...nee vilambaram otinadhu.."karthik also smiled...
"Machaan nee chennaiku vandhadhuke party tharanum,ippo TL vera aagita..so double treat venum daa.."
"Adhellaam pakkaavaa plan pannidalaam vidudaa.."Karthik assured him.
Lakshmi came and joined with them...
"Hi Vishnu..Hi Karthik...yenna rendu perum yedho serious aa plan panra maathiri irukku.?"
"Onnum illai Lakshmi,naan TL aanadhukku treat kekkuraan Vishnu..."
"Appo yengalukkelaam treat kedaiyaadha?"she asked ..
"Iyoo Lakshmi ungalukku illaadhadhaa...kandipaa vachidalaam,yepponu sollunga..."Karthik said in a hurry..
Vishnu whispered in karthik's ear...
"Dai,adhu yen aaludaa,nee feelings ah konjam conrol pannu..." in irritation..
"Dai Vishnu...adhaan Lakshmi yennoda sister nu solliten la?"Karthik smiled at him.
"Hai ,anga yenna ragasiyam pesureenga..."Lakshmi asked in doubt.
"Adhu onnum illai lakshmi..just a boys' talk.."Karthik said..
"Any ways,congrates Karthik for ur promotion as a TL..."
"Thank you lakshmi..."
"Nallaa work panravangala yellaam unga team la yeduthuteenga.. appdithaane???"Karthik asked playfully...
Lakshmi giggled ...
"Vishnu.. yen team la irukaradha paarthum nee indha kelviya kekalaamaa karthik...?"
"Lakshmi..."Vishnu was grumbling...
Karthik and lakshmi laughed and hified ...
"Sorry Lakshmi naan idhai marandhuten..."Karthik moked at Vishnu...
"Ippayum naan dhaan out aah...???rightuuu..."Vishnu accepted his defeat.. and he went to get coffee for them.
"Karthik indha team allot pannadhu full and full Vishvanadhan sir dhaan,he knows very well how to get work done from people.."Lakshmi said in serious tone.
"Raji dhaan unnoda team la irukaale...she is very talented and hard worker...so she would be of great help to u"
Oh andha angry bird ku velai seiya kooda varumaa?he thought to himself..
"But Koushik kaalaila thittina maathiri irundhadhu,work complete pannalainu.."he let the sentence un finished...
"Karthik,I don't know,whether I should tell this or not,but I tell u only thing..Raji is a very good programmer...she has a very good grasping power... her work would be neat and good...so Koushik usually give her extra work, he even gave his own work to her...due to this extra works sometimes she couldn't be able to do her own work on dead line, that's the problem.. Koushik is exploiting her that's all I could tell u now...rest u will come to know by yourself..."Lakshmi said her perception about Raji to Karthik..
Lakshmi is a very good friend of Raji..so she want karthik to understand Raji well,so that he could help her in critical situations...
Vishnu came back with the coffee...
Karthik was thinking about Lakshmi's words...he didn't showed heed to Vishnu's chattering...
After Lakshmi has left,Vishnu asked Karthik "Machaan yen daa oru maadhiri irukka?Naan coffee vaanga pogum bodhu nallaa dhaane irundha?coffee vaangura gap la yennadaa aachu unakku"he asked in concern...
He told what Lakshmi said about Raji..
"Machi,andha Koushik ku Raji mela oru kannudaa...adhaan avan ippadilaam panraan..."He said casually...
"Vaaya moodudaa...yenna pesura,oru ponna pathi ippadi thappaa pesuriye unakku arivu irukaa?"he was furious now..
"Dai, naan Raji ya pathi yenga daa thappaa pesinen?Koushik ah pathi dhaane pesinen..?"Vishnu didn't expected this reaction from Karthik
Vishnu couldn't get why Karthik was this much furious...
"Rendum onnu dhaan..nammoda team la irukkara ponna pathi naamale thappaa pesalaamaa?adhuvum konjam kooda unmai illaama?"Karthik was nowhere seemed to be calm done.
"Dai,naama yeppavum pesura maadhiri dhaane daa pesinen?nee kooda dhaan avala pathi mosamaa thittine kaalaila..ippo yennada unakku ippadi oru dhideer gnaanodhayam?"he couldn't comprehend the reason for karthik's anger..
"Naan sonna sense vera ,nee solara sense ae vera...idhellaam unakku sonnaalum puriyaadhu.."he showed hid annoyance clearly...
"Aamaandaa yenakku puriyaadhu.. nee vandhu class yedu..."vishnu said sarcastically.
Karthik glared at him.
"Ippo unakku yenna problem?naan ponnungala pathi thappaa pesa koodaadha?illai raji ya pathi thappaa pesa koodaadha?"Vishnu asked.
"Ponnungala pathi pesaadha,especially Raji ya pathy,vaaye thorakaadha..podhumaa..."
He walked away fuming...
Vishnu's mind voice...
"Ivan yen ippa,ippadi kondhalikaraan?yennamo thappaa iruke?Vishnu unnoda seventh sense ku velai vandhudichi daa.."
