Episode 307

KNH (scene 1)

Nisha came out of the washroom and saw that Kabir was still sleeping.. she went and sat on the be next to him.. water was dripping from her wet hair... she tried calling him but he just hmm-ed and turned his head.. Nisha got an idea.. she grabbed her hair in a fist and shook them over Kabir's face making water droplets fall on his face.. Kabir slowly opened his eyes when he felt something wet on his face and saw Nisha smiling at him.. He gave her a sleepy smile..

Nisha : Good Morning Hubby..

Kabir (in a sleepy voice) : Good morning wifey..

He wrapped his arms around Nisha's waist and kept his head on her lap..

Nisha : Kabir kya kar raha hai.. ? subah hogai hai.. uth ... tujhe kaam ke liye late ho jayega...

She tried removing his arms but his grip just got tighter on her..

Kabir snugged into her and said : Naa aaj kaam pe nahi jana..

He was acting like a small kid.. who wants a leave from school and enjoy his time at home..

Nisha : Kabir.. abhi ussi din tune leave li thi na.. wapas se leave ? Not good Kabir.. chal ready ho ja mujhe bhi classes ke baad dukaan jana hai...

Kabir got up and sat resting his head on the head board.. he said in a husky voice : This is not done wifey.. kal raat bhi tune mujhe sone nahi diya .. aur abhi bhi...

Nisha blushed at the mention of previous night.. she tried to leave by making an excuse...

Nisha : Main breakfast ready karti hun..

Nisha was about to get up when Kabir grapped her wrist and pulled her making her land on his chest... He was not going to leave her so easily..

Kabir : Aise kaise jane dun pehle meri morning kiss de... He kept staring at her lips..

Nisha knew there was no way to escape... she noticed that Kabir was staring at her lips.. she slowly leaned in.. Kabir closed his eyes.. His wifey has become bold now,he thought.. He could feel Nisha's breath on his lips... He was expecting a lip-lock but Nisha kissed him on his cheeks.. He opened his eyes in frustration..

Kabir : Nisha.. tu kitni K hai..

Nisha : aur mere K se tu kitna J hai..chal abh jake naha le main tab tak nashta lagati hun.. she laughed and went to the kitchen

Kabir also got up and went to the washroom...

On Road..(Scene 2)

Alisha was getting late and she was not able to get a cab or a rickshaw ... suddenly a jeep came and stopped infront of her.. There were 5 guys in the jeep.. and those were none other than Neel and his gang..

Naveen : Appko kahin jana hai toh hum chod de ?

Alisha could make out from their expressions that all of them were jerks.. she just ignored them and started walking.. Neel started the jeep and kept following her..

Alisha walked as fast as she could..

Neel increased the speed of his jeep... Vishwajeet extended his hand and snatched Alisha's bag which made her loose her balance and fall. They all got down and were about to get closer to her when they heard police alarm ... they threw her bag on the ground and sat in the jeep and drove as fast as possible...

As soon as they left Sukku came there and he started to yell at Alisha

Sukku : Pagal ho kya.. defence classes jati ho aur aaj jab practically uss training ko use karne ka tie aaya toh haath nahi utha.. ?

He was not angry on her but was concerned for her...

Alisha just crashed herself in his arms and started to cry..

First Sukku was shocked but then even he wrapped his arms around her and tried to calm her down.. once she was calm Alisha broke the hug.. She looked at him apologetically

Alisha : I am sorry.. vo sab aise achaank.. mujhe kuch samajh hi nahi aaya..

Sukku: Chalo class chalte hai.. der ho rahi hai..

Alisha : Haan.. par vo police ka alarm baja than a.. police yahan kahan hai ?

Sukku took out his phone .. she understood that it was Sukku who played the alarm on his phone.. she thanked him and both went to the classes..

In Dance Academy (scene 3)

Kabir noticed that Alisha was lost somewhere.. she was forgetting her steps and was not paying attention to what he was teaching.. he decided to talk to her..

Kabir : Ok guys.. Hum 30 mins ka break lenge..

He went to Alisha once everyone left... Alisha was about to go but Kabir stopped her..

Kabir : Alisha tum mujhe apna friend manti ho na.. ?

Alisha nodded her head in yes...

Kabir : Toh apne iss dost se nahi kahogi ki kya hua hai ?

Alisha looked at him surprised... she din't say him anything but still he came to know that something is wrong..she broke down infront of him... Kabir quickly wrapped his arm around her .. and asked her to stop crying.. once she stopped crying he again asked her the matter...

Kabir : Alisha you can trust me.. whats wrong..

Alisha tried to speak in between in her sobs..

Alisha : Vo jab subah main defence classes se aa rahi thi tab.. she narrated him the entire incident and how Sukku helped her..and started to cry again..

Kabir could understand what Alisha might have felt.. even his Nisha had experienced the same thing years ago.. Nisha's face when she told him everything.. Her fear.. everythingcame in his mind..

He placed a hand on Alisha's shoulder... Alisha looked at him..

Kabir : Alisha.. I know that you had feelings for me but I can't even think of cheating on Nisha.. I never felt for anyone the way I feel for Nisha.. I am always here for you as a friend.. and you can always count on me when you need help..

Alisha : Kabir sir.. I don't have any brother or any sister .. I am the only child.. My Dad is also no more.. My mom left me when I was just 10..Friends hai but sirf naam ke.. they all call me only when they need me.. I am all alone.. and I din't have any feelings for you.. Appko dekh ke laga ki app ek bohut ache insaan hai main bas appse friendship karna chahti thi.. That's it.. Aaj jab vo sab hua.. meri kuch samajh hi nahi aaya main kya karun.. Main itna dar gai thi.. agar Sukku nahi aata toh pata nahi kya ho jata..

Kabir : Hey... kisne kaha you don't have a family.. Nisha aur main hai na.. Tum mere liye meri choti behan jaisi ho.. Meri koi behan toh nahi hai.. aur Nisha ki jitni behane hai sab meri saaliyaan hui.. haan Aman bhi meri muh boli behan hai but mujh se badi hai.. Toh ek kaam karo aaj se na main tumhara bada bhai..

Alisha was at loss of words...How could he and Nisha be so good? Nisha also tells her that she is like a sister to her and Kabir is saying the same thing.. she was thankful to god that she meet these two..

Kabir : Manzoor ?

Alisha smiled weakly and nodded her head..

Kabir : Ok abh apne bade bhaiyaa ki baat mano aur smile karo..

Alisha smiled and gave him a hug..

Kabir : Chalo .. abh dance routine khatam karke hum ghar jayenge .. aaj tum bhi apni Nisha Bhabhi ke haath ka ganda sa khana kho.. roz main akele khata hun..

Alisha giggled and both of them went for the dance practice..

Their entire conversation was heard by Sukku.. He was proud of Kabir.. this guy could make anyone smile.. he was happy that Nisha had Kabir in her life.. but at the same time he felt bad for Alisha.. He just side-lined all his thoughts and went for the practice

KNH (Scene 4)

Kabir called Nisha and informed her whatever happened with Alisha.. and also told her that he had invited Alisha for dinner.. Nisha was proud of her hubby and her brother... she prepared dinner and kept it on the dinning table..

It was around 8 when the door bell rang.. she opened the door and saw Kabir and Alisha.. she smiled at them and hugged Alisha..

Nisha : Welcome home .. my eklauti Nanand ..

Alisha was touched by Nisha's gestures..

Kabir : Sirf iska welcome aur mera ?

Nisha : Rukh tera bhi welcome karti hun..

She grabbed the pillow on the sofa and started to hit him.. Kabir tried to miss her hits..

Kabir : Arey abh maine kya kiya ?

Nisha while hitting him: Kya kiya.. yehi toh problem hai tune kuch nahi kiya.. maine kya kaha tha light ka bill bhar dena.. bhara ? Pata hai jab main wapas aai light cut ho chuki thi .. mujhe jake bill bharna pada.. idiot ek kaam nahi karta tu theek se..

Kabir : Sorry na .. dekh meri behan pehli baar ghar aai hai aur tu mujhe uske samne maar rahi hai ?

Nisha stopped hitting him.. both of them looked at Alisha who was clutching her stomach and laughing.. they smiled looking at her.. after a few minutes Alisha became normal she saw that Nisha and Kabir stood there smiling at her..

Alisha : App dono bohut cute ho..

Nisha : Thank you.. chalo abh dinner karte hai..

The three sat and started having dinner.. Nisha served both Alisha and Kabir and then herself..

Alisha : Bhabhi.. you cook so well..

Nisha : Thank you..

Alisha : Pata nahi Bhai kyun keh rahe the ki app roz ganda sa khana banati hun...

Kabir choked his water and started coughing.. Nisha gave Kabir a deadly stare.. Kabir looked at her scared and then at Alisha angrily and Alisha made an innocent face..

Kabir : Nahi Nisha.. maine aisa kuch nahi kaha..

Nisha : Toh vo jhut bol rahi hai kya ?

Kabir : Nisha .. tu bohut acha khana banati hai.. sachi..

Nisha was about to say something but then she thought that there is no use of arguing with Kabir..after the dinner they asked Alisha to sleep in the next room as it was quiet late and after what happened in morning they can't allow her to go home at this time.. Alisha agreed and all three retired to their room ...

EPISODE - 309(By Harshika)

*The next morning*

Scene 1: Gangwal House (Poojaghar)

The whole Gangwal family is in the poojaghar praying to god. Daadi comes to Dolly, "Ye le dahi-cheeni kha le. Aur tu na bilkul bhi fikar na kar. Bhagwan tere saath hai."

Dolly touched Dada-dadi's feet to seek their blessings. Dadi picked her up,

"Ye ke kar rahi hai? Gale lag mhaare. Sab theek ho jaega." Saying this she hugged her.

"Toh bauji main ab Dolly ko leke nikalta hoon," Viren said.
"Suniye ji, main bhi chalti hoon na aap ke saath." Vimla interrupted.

"Sirf aap hi nahi maa, hum sab cousins bhi challenge." Umesh added.

"Are wo court hai, sab kaise..." Viren tried to speak, but dadaji cut in between "Viren, tum Vimla aur Ramesh ko apne saath le jao. Aur haan, sab bachche bhi tum logo ke sath chalenege. Ye sab Dolly ki taaqat hai. Aur main chahta hoon ki aaj waha court me Dolly kamzor na pad sake."

"Theek hai bauji." Viren left with the others.

Scene 2 : The Court

Gangwals enter the court. They spot Sumit and Leela staring at them. Leela comes upto them and starts taunting Dolly,
"Are Dolly, kaisi ho tum? Aur mera hone wala pota kaisa hai?"

Dolly tried to ignore her and walk away. Leela again starts, "Kya hua Dolly? Mujhse nazre milane me sharam aa rahi hai?!"

"Nazre milane me sharam toh aapko aani chahiye Leela ji." Nisha interrupted.

"Rehne do Nisha, inki itni aukkat nahi ki tum inse baat karo." Dolly finally spoke up.

Sumit angrily marched towards her. Umesh came in between,

"Khabardaar, jo tum dolly ke paas bhi aaye to!"

Just then their lawyer came and informed them that the hearing is about to begin. They all go and sit at their respective places.

The Hearing begins...

Gangwals' Lawyer - My Lord! Meri client Mrs.Dolly singhania ne apne husband Mr. Sumit sighania se divorce ke liye apply kiya tha. Is aadmi par domestic violence, fraud, chori, jaise kai sangeen aarop hai. Ye is waqt Jaipur ki jail me apni saza bhi kaat raha hai. Aur aise aadmi ke saath meri client apni aane wale zindagi nahi bita sakti. Isliye aapse request hai ki inke divorce ke liye permission de. Thank you.

Judge - Main Mrs. Dolly ko katghare me bulana chahunga.

Dolly looks at her family. They all give her an assuring look.

Judge - Toh Mrs. Dolly, kya ye sach hai ki aapko apne husband Mr. Sumit sighania se divorce chahiye?

Dolly - Ji haan your honour, main aise ghatiya aadmi ke sath nahi reh sakti.

Judge (to the other lawyer) - Kya aapke client ko bhi divorce manzoor hai?

Sumit's lawyer - Ji my lord. Mere client Mr. Sumit is divorce ke liye taiyyar hai, lekin unki ek shart hai. Jis bachche ki Mrs.Dolly singhania maa banne wali hai, uski custody Mr. Sumit ko milni chahiye.

Silence echoed in the courtroom. Everybody in the court was shocked to hear this. Dolly was too shocked to react.

Judge - Is par aap kuch kehna chahengi Mrs. Dolly?

Dolly - Nahi, aisa nahi ho sakta. Main apna bachcha kisiko nahi doongi. Aur is aadmi ko toh bilkul nahi. Ye uske baap banne ke layak hi nahi.

Dolly broke down. Vimla and Nisha came forward to console her and took her to her seat.

Gangwals' Lawyer(after discussing with Viren) - My lord, hume ye bilkul manzoor nahi. Meri client aise mujrim ko apne bachche ki custody nahi de sakti. Aisa aadmi is bachche ki dekhbhal nahi kar paaega.

Judge - Is case ko dekhte hue ye tay kiya jata hai ki divorce ke liye dono paksh taiyyar hai. Isliye divorce ki proceedings bina kisi rukawat ke aagi badhai jaaengi. Lekin kyuki custody ko lekar kuch clear nahi, isliye sunvayi abhi ke liye barkhast ki jati hai. Mrs. Dolly aur Mr. Sumit singhania, aap dono bachche ke custody ke liye apply kar sakte hai. Iske liye court alag se sunvayi rakhegi. The court is adjourned for now.

The Gangwals began to leave. Sumit and Leela come to them.

"Ab kya karogi tum Dolly? Ye bachcha mera hai aur iski custody main jeet kar hi rakhunga." Sumit said with a smerk.

"Tum jaise ghatiya aadmi ko main apna bachcha kabhi nahi dene wali. Tum iski dekhbhal karne ke layak nahi ho.." Dolly protests.

Leela interrupts, "Aur tumhara character toh jaise bahut achha hai!! Tum jaisi lafdewali ladki ek achhi maa kaise banegi?!"

"Bas Leela ji! Meri beti ke bare me ek shabd bhi aur mat nikalna apne muh se. Iska baap abhi zinda hai." Viren blasted her.

Sumit started "Jo sach hai wo hai, affair toh chal hi raha hai na iska Saurav ke saath...aur aisi characterless aurat..." Saurav came and punched him in the face.

"Bahut bol liya tune saale! Ab ek aur word nahi!!" he continued thrashing him. Ramesh and Nisha somehow stopped him. But he continued shouting at Sumit until Dolly stopped him.

"Bas Saurav! Please!"

"Lekin Dolly, ye tujhe..."

"Please Saurav. Please band kar ye sab. Main yaha koi tamasha nahi karna chahti."

Saurav nodded and left that place with tears in his eyes.

"Are chhodo! Inke muh lagke kya fayda! Jeet toh humari hi hogi." Saying this Leela left with Sumit.

Ma,papa, mujhe ghar jana hai." Dolly said.

"Ha beta, chaliye sab ab ghar chalte hai." Ramesh said.

Nisha stopped Kabir and said, "Sun, tu in sabke saath ghar jaa. Main thodi der baad aati hoon."

"Kya hua Nisha?" Kabir asked.

"Woh Saurav thoda tension me gaya hai. Mujhe uske paas jana chahiye."

"Theek hai Nisha. Tu ja." Kabir told her, and everybody left.

Scene 3: Saurav sitting in a park

Nisha spots Saurav and hurries towards him. "Oye! Tu kitni jaldi aa pahuch gaya be yaha! Who toh achha hua jo main apni scooty saath laayi thi aur tera peecha karte-karte yaha pahuch gayi."

"Nisha, tu ja yahase.!"

"Kyu? Meri marzi! Main toh park me enjoy karne aayi hoon.!.. Accha theek hai, lekin pehle tu apna mood theek kar."

"Nahi Nisha! Mujhe nahi karna, tu ja."

"Saurav, main janti hoon tu Dolly di ko leke pareshan hai. Lekin yaar, agar hum sab is tarah sad ho gaye toh unko himmat kon dega?"

"Main janta hoon Nishu. Lekin meri wajah se aaj use itna kuch sunna pad raha hai. Aur wo sumit aur leela...dekha na tune, kya bol rahe the woh log!."

"Tu unke bare me soch raha hai?? Saurav, who log insaan kehlane ke bhi layak nahi! Kitna kuch galat kiya unhone Dolly di aur humare parivar ke saath. Jinki soch hi itni ghatiya hai, unke baato ka hum par asar kaise ho sakta hai?"

"Tu sahi keh rahi hai Nisha..lekin agar meri wajah se custody me koi problem aayi toh..."

"Aisa kuch nahi hoga Saurav. Tu Dolly di se pyaar karta hai na, toh tujhe unki strength banna hai, kamzori nahi. Aur hum sab hai na Dolly di ke saath.! Custody Dolly di ko hi milegi. Isliye ab apna ye sada hua muh theek kar aur chal."

"Theek hai lekin ek condition hai."

"Kya?" Nisha asked doubtfully.

"Tu mujhe ice-cream ki treat degi." Saurav smiled.

Nisha smiled and hugged him sideways.

Scene 5: KNH

It is evening, and Nisha arrives home. Kabir is sitting on the couch reading newspapers.

"Main ghar gayi toh ma ne bataya ki tu yaha aa gaya. Sorry yaar, thoda late ho gaya." Nisha came and sat next to him.

"Toh mujhe kyu bata rahi hai" Kabir said angrily.

"Kya hua Kabir?" Nisha asked surprised.

"Kuch nahi" Kabir got up and went towards the kitchen.

"Tu itni si baat ke liye gussa ho raha hai? Main tujhe call karne hi wali thi lekin mujhe laga tu waha ghar par hi hoga."

"Tune call kyu nahi kiya Nisha?"

Nisha was hurt seeing such behavior of Kabir.

Kabir continued "Tune call nahi kiya...isliye...isliye...mujhe khaana bana pada!" he burst out laughing. Nisha looked at him confused.

"Matlab tu gussa nahi hai?" Nisha asked.

Kabir continued laughing, "Tu har baat pe itna serious kyu ho jati hai wifey?! Tujhe lagta hai main tujhe daatonga? Aur who bhi Saurav ke sath jane par? Infact mujhe toh uski chinta ho rahi thi."

Nisha gave him a scornful look.

"Achha theek hai ja fresh ho ja! Main table laga deta hoon."

Nisha and Kabir were sitting at the dining table.

"Toh mere pati ne aaj banaya kya hai?" Nisha asked playfully.

"Mrs. Nisha Rathore, aapka pati Masterchef nahi hai. Isliye main sirf yahi bana paaya - Noodles!! Don't worry maggi nahi hai!!," he winked. They both laughed.

"Waise Nisha ab Saurav theek hai na?" Kabir asked her.

"Ha! Pata hai, use manane ke liye use icecream khilani padi. Aur woh bhi wahise jaha hum bachpan me khaate the." Nisha smiled

"Pata hai, ek baar mele se lautte waqt meri zid par hum dono waha ice-cream khaane gaye the, aur jab ghar aane me late ho gaya toh Saurav ne sara blame apne upar le leya. Us din dadaji ne use itna daata..itna daata.. .."

"Bechara Saurav! Kaise jhela usne itne saal tujhe!!" Kabir spontaneously spoke up.

Nisha looked at him angrily, but then laughed "Maine use kai baar bachaya bhi hai...jab school me seniors use peetne aate toh mere hi peeche aake chhupta tha woh!"

"Matlab tu tab bhi ladaku thi.." Kabir suddenly realized what he said.

"Tune kuch kaha?" Nisha asked confused.

"Nahi toh..kuch bhi nahi...tu kuch bata rahi thi na..?" Kabir somehow distracted her.

"Ha! Aur ek baar pata hai kya hua tha,..." Nisha continued telling him stories from her childhood while Kabir stared at her lovingly. He thought how much he loves her. He could sit there and listen to her the whole night.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: I don't have much information about how a divorce hearing is. So sorry if the courtroom scene seems unrealistic and there are some law-related errors. 😛

KNH (Scene 1)

"Nisha .. Nisha... "

Kabir had been calling Nisha for the past 10 mins but din't get any response from her..

"Nisha"

Finally Nisha entered the room and just stopped at the door.. The entire room was messed..

Nisha : Kabir kya hua.. ? Kyun subah suabh mere naam ki mala jaap raha hai ? aur yeh room ki kya halat bana di hai tune..?

Kabir had got frustrated now.. he turned to her and started complaining..

Kabir : Jab se tu meri life main aai hai na sab badal gaya hai ..

Nisha (confused) : Matlab ?

Kabir : Matlab ki mera sara saman kahi kho jata hai..

Nisha was getting more confused..

Nisha : Kabir seedhe seedhe bolega ki kya hua ?

Kabir : Meri watch.. nahi mil rahi...

Nisha face-palmed and shook her head.. she carefully took steps so that she won't fall.. finally she reached the bed side.. she put her hand under the pillow and removed his watch...

Nisha : Yeh rahi.. har raat toh khud yahan rakh ke sota hai aur subah subah mere swarg jaise room ko nark bana diya..

Kabir took the watch and made silly excuses...

Kabir : Meri galti thodi hai.. tune hi mujhe itna dependent bana diya hai.. tere bina koi kaam hota hi nahi hai wifey...

He winked at her and Nisha blushed..

Nisha : Chal abh room saaf kar phir bahar aa ga breakfast karte hai..

Kabi : Ek minute.. room main kyun saaf karunga ?

Nisha looked at him sternly..She placed her hands on her hips and started questioning him..

Nisha : Watch kon dhoondh raha tha ?

Kabir : Main..

Nisha : Room ko ganda kisne kiya ?

Kabir : Maine ..

Nisha : Toh room saaf kon karega ?

Kabir : Main..

Kabir looked at her in shock.. he had replied absent-mindedly ... Nisha gave him a winning look... Today she used his trick on him..

Kabir : Waah.. meri wifey aur mujhe se K panti ?

Nisha : Sangat ka asar hai Hubby... Chalo abh room saaf karo aur breakfast ke liye aao..

Saying so she carefully went out of the room...

Kabir scratched the back of his head and looked at the room..

Kabir : Yaar isse saaf karne main to ek ghanta aaram se jayega.. phir late hojayega.. aur bhook bhi bhout lagi hai.. par bina room saaf kare Nisha breakfast nahi degi.. kya karun ?

An idea struck him.. He picked all the clothes and dumped the in the cupboard and shut the cupboard and locked it.. He looked up as if talking to God he joined his hands and said...

Kabir : Bhagwaan ji.. please raat tak na Nisha yeh cupboard na khole please.. agar ussne cupboard khol diya na toh phir meri aur appki meeting fixed.. without ticket meri wifey mujhe appke pass pohuncha degi.. aur main itna jawan sa ladka.. acha nahi lagta na itna jawan ladka appse mile.. app bore ho jaoge mere saath.. main meri wifey ke saath hi theek hun please aaj ke liye sambhal lo...

He went out of the room...He came and sat on the table with a big smile on his face..

Nisha was impressed by him... she din't know he would be so quick in his work..

Nisha : Kya baat hai Kabir... Kafi jaldi kaam khatam kar liya..?

Kabir : Arey yeh toh kuch nahi hai.. main toh isse bhi jaldi kaam kar sakta hun.. chal abh jaldi se breakfast de.. bohut bhook lagi hai..

Nisha : Yeh le..

Kabir : Bread butter jam.. Nisha kitne dino baad banaya hai tune..

Nisha : Haan .. socha tha ki kuch yummy sa banungi but phir socha aaj tujhe tera favourite breakfast khilati hun..

Kabi : I love you so much wifey..

He kissed her hand and started having his breakfast.. once he was done with it he asked her to get ready and he will drop her to the defence classes..

Nisha agreed but on the condition that Kabir won't drive the scotty they will go by car..

In the Defence academy (scene 2)

Nisha and Alisha were practicing defence skills but Nisha noticed that Alisha was lost somewhere.. Their Sir tried calling her but she din't respond to him.. Nisha signalled him that she will talk to Alisha..

She went to Alisha and placed her hand on her shoulder.. Alisha came out of her trance and looked at Nisha.. Nisha questioned her with her eyes but Alisha shook her head and gave her a faint smile...

Nisha signalled Rohan that she wanted to talk to Alisha and he told her to take her to his cabin...

Alisha : Koi baat nahi hai Bhabhi..

Nisha : Acha toh tum itni tensed kyun lag rahi ho ?

Alisha wrapped her arms around Nisha and started crying...

Alisha : Bhabhi mujhe bohut daar lag raha hai... uss din jo hua agar vo wapas hua toh?... agar vo jerks wapas mere peeche pad gaye toh ?.. Uss din toh Sukku ne aake meri help kit hi.. agar koi nahi aaya toh ?

Nisha started rubbing her back to soothe her.. she could understand Alisha's fear.. hadn't she been through the same fear years ago ? Wasn't she scared.. ? But Kabir's love helped her to overcome her fear.. She took a deep breath and started to speak...

Nisha : Alisha.. Main samajh sakti hun ki tumpe kya beet rahi hai.. main bhi inn sab se guzar chuki hun...

Alisha broke the hug and looked at her she listened to Nisha carefully..

Nisha cupped her face and continued ..

Nisha : Haan.. main jab school main thi tab mere saath bhi aisa kuch hua tha... kai saalon tak yeh dard.. yeh daar maine akele saha hai.. Maa,Papa,cousins kisi ko kuch nahi pata tha.. mujhe daar tha ki vo kya kehnge... Maine apne app ko uss din ke baad badal diya.. But phir Kabir meri life main aaya... ussne mujhe himmat di ki main apne daar pe kaboo paa sakun... ussne mujhe yeh ehsaas dilaya ki main strong hun..

Nisha din't fell weak or cried while telling all this to Alisha .. instead she had a small smile on her face because she knew her love is greater than her fear..

Nisha : Alisha tum bhi strong ho.. aur tumhe darne ki zaroorat nahi hai.. Main aur Kabir hai na tumhare saath..

Alisha slightly nodded her head in yes.. Nisha wipped her tears..

Alisha : Thank you Bhabhi.. app aur bhai sach main bohut ache ho...

Nisha : Ek toh Bhabhi kehti ho aur upar se thank you ? yeh nahi chalne wala..

Alisha : Theek hai.. Thank you NOT ..

They both laughed..

Nisha : Chalo abh practice ke liye chale...

Gangwal House (Scene 3)

Everyone was gathered in the court yard..They wanted to discuss about Dolly and her child's custody case.. Dadaji was sitting camly in deep thoughts.. while Dadi sat with Vilma who was crying continuously while Laxmi and Rupan tried to console her.. Viren's anger knew no bonds.. he would kill Sumit right now.. Cousins and Dolly sat there quietly..

Viren : Aise kaise unhe yeh baache ki custody cahiye..? Khud kabil hai kya bacha palne layak.. nikama nalayak..

Ramesh : Bhaiyaa app shaant ho jaiye .. appki tabiyat kharab ho jagi...

Mohan : Haan Bhaiyaa app chinta maat kijiye hum sab hai na hum sambhal lenge..

They tried o calm Viren .. but he was not ready to understand...

Dolly went to him and caught his hand..

Dolly : Papa.. app kehte hai na ki main apki strong beti hun..Toh app mujh pe trusts karo.. main iss baccho ko khud se alag nahi hone dungi.. court main Sumit ki sachai sab ke samane laungi main.. Iss bache ko main khud se door nahi jane dungi...

Viren looked at his daughter proudly.. He placed his hand on her head and blessed her..

Kabir : Dadaji maine Maa ke lawyer se baat ki hai .. unhone kaha ki as per the Law jab tak bacha 5 saal ka nahi ho jata kaanuni uski custody uski Maa ke pass hi rehti hai..

Sukku : Haan aur humare pass proof hai Sumit ki sari ghatiya harkaton ka usse humara case strong hoga..

Umesh : Haan aur Sumit ke pass koi job nahi hai.. toh abhi financially itna capable nahi hai ki vo bache ko sambhal sake.. Yeh point bhi humara case strong karega...

Nisha : Dadaji.. humara case bohut strong hai.. hum Dolly aur unke baache ko alag nahi hone denge..

Dadaji was very proud of his grand children.. He slightly smiled at them..

Vilma : Par Nishu.. Dolly akele baache ko kaise sambhalegi ?

"Kissne kaha Dolly akeli hai..?"

They heard a voice coming from the door.. Saurav was standing there... He came and took Dadaji's blessings.. He went to Vimla and knelt infront of her..

Saurav : Aunty.. maine pehle bhi kaha tha aur aaj phir keh raha hun.. Main hamesha Dolly ka saath dunga.. Uski aur uske baache ki zimedari meri hai..

Cousins looked at him with pride.. Dolly and elders except Viren looked at Saurav and smiled...

Dadaji : Raat bohut hogai hai.. sab apne apne kamron main jao.. Saurav , Nisha aur Kabir tum sab bhi apne ghar jao.. kal subah hum wakeel sahib ko bulayenge aur unse iss baare main baat karenge ..

As per Dadaji's order everyone went to their rooms except the cousins... Saurav came to Dolly and hugged her.. The Kabir and cousins went to them and all shared a group hug..

Scene - 1
GH house

All of the gangwal members were present in the courtyard. Kabir entered with a lawyer.
Kabir - dadaji... ye hai mr. Saxena... maa k lawyer... ur inhe maine dolly k case k baare m sab bta dia h
Everyone greeted mr. Saxena.

Dadaji - vakeel sahab... aap ko to sab kabir ne bta hi dia h... par hm sabko abhi bhi dolly ki bhot chinta ho rhi h...

Mr. Saxena - dekhiye Nemichand ji... itna pareshan hone wali koi baat nhi h... bachhe ki custody p waise bhi pehla hak maa ka hi hota h ur uski legal guardian bhi uski maa hi hoti h... to dolly ji se unka bachha koi nhi chhin sakta... ur rhi baat summit ki to waise bhi uspe criminal case chal rha h vo bhi forgery ur attempt to murder ka... court kabhi bhi kisi criminal k pass kisi bhi bachhe ki custody nhi jaane degi...

Viren - lekin vakeel sahab aap use ur uski maa ko jaante nhi h... vo dno bhot bade nautankibaaj h... pta nhi ab kaun sa naatak karenge.

Mr. Saxena - mr. Viren court k saamne koi jhooth nhi chalta... jo sahi hoga court usi ka sath degi ur aap ka case kaafi strong h islie aap fikar mat kijie... bus dolly ji ko himmat se kaam lena hoga... unhe apna ur apne bachhe ka khayal rakhna hoga kyuki unki chhoti si galti bhi mr. Summit ko issues create karne ka mauka de sakti h. I hope u all understand what m saying.

Everybody nodded and thanked mr. Saxena for his valuable advice. Kabir and mr. Saxena take their leave and left.
Vimla - dolly dekh apna khayal rakh bachhe... apne lie na sahi is nanhi si jaan k lie... jiske lie tu lad rhi h

Dolly - ha maa... aap tension mat lo... mai apna ur iska dno ka khayal achhe se rkhungi.. ur aap jo bologe vo karungi.
Vimla smiled and patted her daughter's head lovingly.

Scene - 2
Jwalu's school audi

Kiya - hato yha se... dikhta nhi cindrella aa rhi h...
Everybody gave her a side. Just then jwala entered the audi

Kiya - vo dekho... vo aa rhi h chasmish cindrella...
She started laughing with others.

Kiya - kal tmhe bola tha na jwala ki cindrella ka role sirf mai hi karungi... tm fir bhi yha aa gyi... how brave

Jwalu - ur maine bhi tmhe kha tha ki jo achha hoga use hi ye role milega... agar tmhe memory loss na hua ho to...

Jwala walk by passing her and started practicing her lines.

Drama teacher - everybody listen.. aaj cindrella k sath sath uski step mom ur step sisters ka bhi audition hoga ur unhe mai aap me se hi chununga... so lets start.

A few of the girl gave their auditions and kiya's turn came. She proudly walked towards the stage.
Kiya - ( in an arrogant voice) my angel fiary... give me some good clothes I wanted to go to prince charming's party...

Kiya was cut off by the drama teacher.

Drama teacher - brilliant fantastic fabulous... I was searching for this only... u r perfect kiya...

Kiya was all proud but her dream shattered soon.

Drama teacher - u r perfect for the step mom's role kiya... its final cindrella's step mom will be kiya...

Kiya frowned at her teacher while others laughed at her. Next was jwala's turn.

Jwala - how could u marry me prince... m just a servant... I can't compliment you the way you should be... I can't leave my family in misery... what so ever they are... they are my family prince...

Drama teacher - very well done miss jwala... u guys wait I will announce the name in a few minutes.

Kiya - ( whispering in her friend's ear) ise to ye role kabhi nhi milna chahie
Jiya - tu fikar mat kar mjhe hi milega ye role to...
Riya - ur agar ise na mila na to mjhe to pakka hi milne wala h...

Drama teacher - everybody listen as u know the step mom's role will be played by kiya and the step sisters will be jiya and riya...

Kiya looked angrily towards her chamchees.

Drama teacher - and the cindrella will be... miss jwala gangwal... now please whole of the cast come on stage and collect your attires.

Everyone came on stage and collected their props and attire. The children present there laughed their heart out seeing kiya in an ugly old woman's cloth with white hair. Rishi came and stand in his princely dress. Everyone was waiting for jwala to come on stage. She entered wearing a light blue coloured princess gown with blue glass heels. Rishi was mesmerised seeing her so as everyone else. No one could say that she is that nerd jwala who doesn't look up from her books. She came and stand beside rishi giving him a small but confident smile.

Scene - 3
Uman's restaurant

Neel entered into the restaurant and called umesh.
Neel - hi umesh... ye tmhare papers vo kya h na mjhe thoda is land k papers renew karane the so...
Umesh - are koi baat nhi neel... cross check karana hi chahie... tmhe bhi tassali ho gyi ab to. .
Neel - hmmm... chalo umesh I should leave... ur bhi kaam bacha hua h

Neel outside the restaurant and saw uman happily serving people.

Neel - (monologue ) hmmm.. ho jao kush jitna hona h mr. Umesh gangwal... bus kuch hi din ki h tmhari ye khushi... fir to mai isme aag lga hi dunga...
( he lighted a cigarette lighter)
Fire... that will not only burn u but also ur sweet sister...

Neel laughed evily and walked away.

Scene - 4
Viraj's house in dubai

Viraj and vj returned from the doctor's clinic. Viraj took vj to her room supporting her. He made her lie down on the bed and put a pillow under her leg raising it. He then made her eat her medicines and was about to leave.

Vj - viraj... beta u can't hide ur concern for me... I can clearly see it in ur eyes. Please viraj... forgave me please.

Viraj - its nothing like that mrs kumar... hme aapki koi fikar nhi h... vo to bus insaaniyat k lie hm aapki dekhbhaal kar rhe h... aap ye galatfahmi mat rakhiega ki hmne aapko...

Vj - viraj... maa hai hm aapki... aap sab se jhooth bol sakte h hmse nhi... aap kuch keh rhe h aapki aankhe kuch... viraj aapko jhoot bolna nhi aata h... aap na bachpan m hmse kuch chhipa sake the na ab... please viraj bus ek baar kh dijie ki aapne apni maa ko maaf kar dia.. pls

Vj started sobbing

Viraj looked at her and sit on her side.

Viraj - (holded her hand) Hum chahe toh bhi appse zyada der tak naraz nahi reh sakte Maa kyuki aap hmari maa h... Apne jo humare saath kiya usske liye hum appko maaf kar chuke hai par jo apne Nisha aur Kabir ke saath kia usske liye hum apko ab tak maaf nahi kar paye hai... aapne un dno ko bhot dard dia h... Hume thoda time chahiye... Un sab baaton ko bhulake nai shuruat karne ke liye.. "

Vj - hm jaante h viraj... hmne jo kia vo galti nhi gunaah h... do pyaar karne walo ko hmne alag karna chaha... apne bete k sath saajish ki... hm sach m bhot sharminda h viraj... hm sach m badal gye h beta... aap ko jitna time chahie le lijie viraj... hm aapki maafi ka intzaar karenge... yhi hmari saza h..

Scene - 5
Kn house

Kabir entered in the hall after work. He found nisha sitting on the couch lost somewhere. He smiled at her and entered the kitchen to prepare coffee for both. Nisha was still in her trance when a hot coffee cup came in front of her which broke her chain of thought.
She looked up and found kabir standing with two coffee cups and smiling.

Nisha - tu kab aaya..

Kabir - jab tu apne khayalo ki dunia m khoyi hui thi... mere baare m soch rhi thi na...

Nisha - (faking a smile) apne aap ko itni imp mat de... tu hi nhi h jiske baare m sochti hu

Kabir - oe fir ur kaun h... teesri baar shadi karne ka irada h kya...

Nisha - are mere budhhu ram... koi nhi h ab tu baith yha mere pass.

She pulled him on the couch and rested her head on his arm.

Kabir - kya baat h nisha... bol na... kuch hua h kya

Nisha - kuch nhi... aaj alisha ki haalat dekh k apni yaad aa gyi...

Kabir - matlab

Nisha told him everything happened in defence class.

Nisha - pta h kabir mai bhi itni hi dari hui thi... ur pta nhi kab tk darti rhi... fir maine apne aage ek parda bna lia... chhupa dia khud ko uske peeche... usi k sahare jeeti rhi jb tk...

Kabir - jb tk.?

Nisha - ( smiled) jb tk tu nhi aaya... ur tune aake vo parda hata dia kabir... ab maine khud ko dekha h pta nhi kitne time k baad...

She moved closer to him and he embraced her.

Nisha - kabir... mai nhi chahti ki alisha bhi vhi kare jo maine kia... mai nhi chahti vo apni hasi kho de... uski help karna chahti hu mai kabir... shayad use help karke mai khud ki help kar saku...

Kabir kissed her hair.

Kabir - nisha... tjhe jo sahi lge vo kar... mai hmesha tere sath hu... kabhi bhi meri jarurat pade to bus ek aawaj lga dena... mai rocket ki speed se tere pass aa jaunga...

Nisha - teri jarurat to mjhe hmesha h kabir...

Kabir - achha chal itta stress mat le coffee katam kar fir aaj hm milke dinner bnaenge...

Nisha - milke kyu... tu bnale na pls... mjhe dukaan ka thoda sa kaam karna h

Kabir - ok wifey... m at ur service... u go n change mai dinner bnata hu.

He said and walked towards kitchen when he suddenly remember the cupboard. He turned to stop her but she was gone.

Kabir - mar gya kabir... abhi jo itna pyaar kar rhi thi na vohi abhi durga bnke tjhe maar daalegi...

Nisha opened the cupboard but a pile of clothes fall on her.

Nisha - (screamed at the top of her voice ) kabirrr...

Kabir - mar gya beta...

He ran towards the room and started laughing seeing her.

Nisha - kabir k bachhe...mjhe nikal yha se... khada khada daant dikha rha h...

Kabir - pehle promise kar mjhe maaregi nhi... tabhi nikalunga...

Nisha - nikalta h ki nhi...

Kabir - nhi pehle promise kar...

Nisha - achha thik h... utha to sahi mjhe...
Kabir pulled nisha up and as soon as she stand, she started beating him black and blue.

Kabir - are abhi to promise kia tha na ki maaregi nhi... ab kyu maar rhi h (ditching her hits)

Nisha - kya bola tha tne subah multitasker... ye multi tasking ki h... saara saaman uthake cupboard m thoos dia... ruk ja abhi btati hu

She hit him again but this time he started running for his dear life and the famous tom and jerry chase started.

Kabir - achha time please... thak gya mai yaar nishu... pls chhod de mjhe

Nisha - ( panting) achha chal chhod dia... par ab tjhe ye saara saaman tameez se waapas rakhna padega samjha...

Kabir - (folding hands in front of her) ok meri maa... saans to lene de...

Nisha dumped herself on the sofa beside kabir and they both started laughing at their madness.

Nisha - tu nhi hota to mai kya karti kabir

Kabir - tu... let me guess... tu na paaglo ki tarah sabko maarti ur kya...

Nisha - kabir k bachhe...

Nisha started hitting him again but after sometime both started smiling and hugged each other.

kabir- (still hugging her) ur nhi hoti na nisha... to mai bhi nhi hota...
