Back in school, I'd been playing with the idea to become a psychologist- so, I find the human mind, human relationships etc... really interesting.

Actually complex plot novels exploring various human nature intricacies is my favorite genre but on little lighter level. Too much heaviness like Kite Runner etc are though based on similiar theme but it then takes you deep with it and affects the physche and mind too much with it and so avoid those types...Please itni bhari mat likhna yar... ;)

And Same Pinch :p...I too love physcology and find myself dissecting analysing human behavior etc at several point. I even plan to pursue it as additional course after i am done with present courses.

But even in fanfiction, u can create an absolute alternate universe just using the names and have fun ;)

Well, the premise will be somewhat heavy (the backstory based upon a real, historical occurance/tragedy) but it won't be despairingly dark, I assure you. As I'll have several different characters "talking" the tone will vary - but I want to bring across things like hope, family and friendship, justice etc... Though, it won't be a dark-white world😆

What courses are you doing presently? And yes, psychology is really fascinating! The problem is that here, in Germany, there are courses where it's almost impossible to get into unless you wait 6 years (or do an apprenticeship to shorten those 6 years) and psychology as well as medicine are amonst them🥺

You are one writer after my heart ;)..Vaise could ya recommend books in similiar genre that u said. Have been wanting to but rarely do i come across based on such genre.

And in case u love to read..Check out the fanfiction in here..esp writers mirabell, meera30 and aquasandhya..Jitna i have understood, u"ll love their ff's too...Belong to similiar style of exploring human relationships and emotions...

I am doing Chartered Accountancy course (Commerce)..Final 4 paper to go..

6 years :O...physcology is not even given proper weightage in India (I could be wrong) as people are not ready in accepting physciatrist help coz of wrong notions, though several people literally nemed them but nope..phew
