If Ramesh leaves, Dadaji would term it his arrogance...and would say, Ramesh will come back pleading to him after another failure. But this time, Ramesh would prove who he is. (Assuming he leaves the house)

When are they togetgher? when there are any happy occassions??? Ab shaadi, parties and get togethers mein na strangers are happy too and mingle with each other, This is not how a "FAMILY" behaves. IF Dadaji terms this renouncing as his arrogance, Ramesh get out of that hell, I am behind you supporting you!! He has to get out where his intentions are always judged and mis interpreted Let Moren live happily with their illusionary lives.

He can stay peaceful with his OWN family.

The rest of the family are happy their kids life are good. They never see the effort and pressure RL had taken for that. Even in Umesh-Aman wedding, Ramesh had taken so much effort to get them married. But what did he get at the end? Not even a thanks or a proper sorry.

Viren talks about Umesh's life...It was Nisha who was instrumental in convincing Dadaji and it's because of her that Umesh is happy now.

RL's parenting style is different, but not wrong. That's what Dadaji isn't seeing. Ramesh gives freedom because he wants to treat them as adults. Dadaji still considers his own sons as kids, making their life's decisions. Dadaji's RDR tag is the root cause of everything. He has put Ramesh down in front of the family, and in Ramesh's own eyes. Never let Ramesh do what he wants in his life. Ramesh, all these years have followed what Dadaji has said, burying his feelings and dreams. Dadaji couldn't see any of that, but just that one failure. How sad is that for Ramesh.

@bold What was that? So everyone should dance to Dadaji's tunes, can never tell him their viewpoint. Did Dadaji even ask Ramesh, Why he decided to send Nisha? Give a chance to explain.

It's time Ramesh leads his life, and let his kids lead theirs. He got nothing in following Dadaji's rules, except probably financially. But Ramesh has lot his peace of mind and happiness. He has lived a life of guilt and regret, took to drinking, and what not.

If Ramesh's views are misunderstood and considered arrogance, he better leave. There is no need t act anymore. Moren will still lead their life in fear. When they look back, they wll see only Dadaji in their life and no one esle.

First Moren wouldn't be able to handle the confusions and mistakes they create. Ramesh does seem to have a good way of dealing with customers also. So yes, its going to impact GS, and I want Dadaji to feel that. At the same time, Ramesh shouldn't get back to GS soon, at least until Dadaji realises.

along with GS, GF will also be effected with Lakshmi's abscence... dadi will miss her definitely... with problems at GS, problems begin between Moren and this will effect dadi..

And that's when Dadaji and Dadi will realise how important Ramesh has been to the family, and his silence. He had kept the problems locked into himself all these years for it to now affect the family Instead of supporting him, they all went against him.

Dadi should have done something all these years to redeem Ramesh's respect in the family. But she too saw the overall peace of the family and let Ramesh suffer.
