need help trying to comment on shaheer & soumya's fp but whnevr i post i get the following msg

pls need anyone's help

hv some ques to ask

1.y do i get this msg?

2.how to get rid of it?

3.in 24hours how many times i cn comment in fp??(yday commented 2ice in shaheer's FP & 2ice soumya's tht time didnt get ths msg thn y toda

liana they show dis msg whenever u try to post there fr d 2nd time wen the time gap b/w ur 1st n 2nd cmmnt is lees than 12 hrs... but actually u cn post ur cmnt in d FP with a gap of 12 hrs,that means twice a day!!

I can't tell exact reason for err msg dear... bcoz it ll shown whenever u try to post comment on a single page twice continuously or within 30min... sometimes it ll not through any err msg for the same...

Now a days, they allow ly 1 comment per day... It s also not true bcoz v can post more than 1 sometimes dear...

I think, this prb due to congestion...
