Anant decision shocks Navya

In Navya, all hell broke loose when Anant and Navya's families found out about their relationship. They let accusations fly and had a full blown argument tarnishing each other's reputations and pointing fingers at the other. This scene distressed the teenagers and both will now make a decision about their future.
A STAR Plus.in source divulges, "Once back at home, Navya promised her father that she will end her relationship with Anant, while Anant told his mother that he can never forget Navya. In tonight's episode, the two families return to Mumbai from Kanpur. Dadi will realise that Navya is really in love with Anant and that she is giving him up for her father's sake. Navya will admit before Dadi that she truly loves Anant but she will also request her not to tell anyone. Navya will call Anant and the two will decide to meet in college. They will give each other letters written over the days that they were apart. Navya will then tell Anant that she wants to breakup with him. Anant will refuse to listen and instead will make a big announcement before his friends which will stun everyone, including Navya."
Distraught and worried for her parents, Navya says, "My current state of mind is numb. I am stuck between two people I love the most ' my dad and Anant. I never thought things would take such a turn or that this would happen. It was ugly and scary to hear our families call each other names and blame one another. I felt bad that my parents had to hear so much from Anant's family because of me and vice versa. I don't know what is right or wrong anymore. I have decided to do what my father wants. All I know is that breaking up with him will make my parents happy. I am breaking up with Anant for their sake and my heart isn't in it at all. I am glad that at least dadi understands me, but it is too late."
Talking about Anant's big decision she adds, "It was a shock. I was happy and stunned at the same time. I felt mixed emotions regarding his decision."
Anant on the other hand is clear about what he wants and believes in getting it. He claims, "I was shocked to hear the two families fight like this. It was ugly and disturbing. I didn't know this could happen. I understand my family and her family are both hurt, but none of us are wrong. They are not bad people and neither are we. Without knowing anything about each other, they tarnished each other's reputation. What is my mistake? Falling in love is not a mistake. If my dad doesn't listen and tells me to stop seeing Navya, I too won't back off. I have a plan and will see to it that things work in our favour."
