Good epi...even though the second half kinda dragged...anywhoo...on to the list:

1) Anant bechara got bamboozled by CSB *shakes head*😆...I guess this was expected...but I had hoped he'd frame the question about his shaadi a bit more clearly...here he hardly got a line out and the CSB toot-padoed on him with all kinds of b.s🤢🤢...seriously WHAT kind of obnoxious narrow minded tyrant IS this?? Kya logic hai..."I love you...but that doesn't mean you can ask me any questions"🤪...and the "there are only two paths...the right and the wrong...there is no middle path..." Seriously talk about EXTREMISTS...being traditional is one thing...these ppl are just RIDICULOUS🤢🤢...Ok so this doesn't really count as something I LIKED but I had to rant😆...and the end...did Anant actually say yes for the rishta or did CSB just take his silence as a yes?😕😕 Wouldn't put it past that tyrant🤢

2) Anant-Ranbir's brief phone convo...awww@ Anant instantly asking about Navya...Ranbir first saying she's fine but after a pause saying she's not fine...aww :((...and then Mohan showing up to talk to Anant...this guy's a really good actor...he's got this real soothing presence as this character...and he's intelligent...he closed the door😆...jokes apart...I loved the way he asked Anant if he's ok and could see that Anant was in a bad state again :(9

3) Navya's mom and her perceptiveness...chalo atleast on one end the parents are noticing that there is something off with the kids...LOL@ Harsh teasing her and saying that Bandariya either stayed up all night on her computer or she has a BOYFRIEND😆...little does he know how right he is this time😆

4) Ritz-Appy-Anant at the college: Ritz is full on back in matchmaker mode😆...all her josh about let's get these two together is back...haha...jokes apart, I love how she's trying to be proactive...funny though that Appy again backed off for a bit...looks like these two take turns being pessimistic and optimistic😕😆...anyways, I loved the way Ritz deliberately dropped Navya's name just before leaving cuz she know Anant would come after them asking about her for sure...uske baad tough love for Anant...lol...pehle sunaaoing him so much about how he'll forget Navya easily...lol...kya tactics hain...and then ofcourse RA encouraging Anant to not give up without a fight...to fight for himself and Navya...loved all the points they made...about AN first uniting and then being able to face anything together...and if they really value what is b/w them...something most ppl don't have, they won't give it up so easily...I'm not so sure about Ritz's point that Navya only backed off cuz she felt that would keep Anant out of trouble...I think Navya genuinely backed off for the reason she mentioned...but yes, Anant will deffo have to be the one to bring Navya around and make her realize that what they have is worth fighting for...

5) The classroom scene was dumb...but I guess there had to be a fallout to all the drama that's been playing out in front of the students since a while...I LOL'd at the weirdo prof going...this is a COMPOOOTER class😆...Soumya looked pretty today...I think she did a good job in her scenes too. The last scene in the principal's office...are these ppl in college or kindergarten?? Tumhare PARENTS ko phone karna padega?😕😆...aaj kal bhi yeh sab hota hai? I didn't know😕😆

loved this part too...agree with your points 😃

5) The classroom scene was dumb...but I guess there had to be a fallout to all the drama that's been playing out in front of the students since a while...I LOL'd at the weirdo prof going...this is a COMPOOOTER class😆...Soumya looked pretty today...I think she did a good job in her scenes too. i swear man, are these college-going teenagers or a bunch of five-year olds??? whats with all the teasing and pathetic drama?? lol and yup is there really a need to call their parents when they are clearly in higher education-it's adult learning! why on earth then would their families need to be contacted?? they could have handled it in a much more mature and sensible way rather than the lame 'phone-call home' as though they're still school kids lol 😆

Nice analysis as usual Anu.
What is the deal with CSB?? For a man who preaches religion and way to live etc. he is definitely intolerant. His way only?? Pathetic. If any dictator needs overthrowing, its CSB. I found Anant's question a damp squib. He had gathered up the courage to ask it, maybe it should have been more to the point and forceful.
I love Anant's bro. Agree with you, he really has this soothing presence.
I found both the classroom/principal's office scenes juvenile. College kids having parents rung up??😆

Yesterday's computer professor and the principal's scene was a very disturbing part of the episode - the reasons are:
1. This is a story of the "new generation" - Now to the best of my knowledge India hosts some of the prestigioul IIT and IIM institutions which are labelled as "world class" where the students are sharp and bright.
Computer studies is one of the modern subjects and the professors are supposed to be young, innovative, open minded ... who are trying to keep pace with the farst moving digital technology of the world. How come this particular professor, has a mind set of the 5th century???? He/ they are not dealing with small childrens- they are dealing with adults.
The educators now-a-days are receiving continous training to improve their skills on teaching, dealing with adolescent problems, human psychology etc.
How come the CVs have ignored all this modernism of the education system - it gives a poor image of the education system of the country.
Professors are supposed to be role models of the students- we dont see that here.
Most disturbing - the professor failed to handle the situation in a diplomatic way, and just like a kindergarden assistant teacher complained to the Principal and summoned the two to his office - How come ????????????? I guess after one year Navya and Anant is receiving their Bachelor's degree - if I am not mistaken. IS THIS HOW ADULT STUDENTS ARE TREATED IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS/ UNIVERSITIES ???????????? IS THERE ANY RESPECTABLE AND A MORE PRIVATE WAY OF DEALING WITH SUCH SITUATIONS

FOOD FOR THOUGHT FOR THE CVS: It would be excellent if more research and thought is put into this college campus. The story is about the present generation - thier relationship with family, friends, society. An important part is also their relation with their educators, the new generations ambition, how they are building their career... I see this is very much missing when the students are getting together in the cafe, classrooms, playground - there is very little discussion about the intellectual part of the education campus - where are the world class sharp and bright Indian students ???? Indian students are famous for computer/digital, science-technological, musical, arts and entertainment and many more world class achievements. The Indian education institutions and the guru's are the foundation of these achievements.

Everything should not only be concentrated on the "relationship/emotional world" of Navya and Anant. We want to see their intellectual qualities, their interest on performing arts, music etc - things that make India 'Incredible India' - so that they can become role models for their generation.
I hope the CVs will consider these important points that also reflects the modern way of thinking on issues for a perfect balance between the tradition and the modern.😊😊😊

Anuuu 🤗...overall...its was an ok epi...the only bits I enjoyed were ranbir-anant phone convo ...mohan-anant interaction and ofcourse ...ritz-appy-anant serious discussion😆😆

That line in bold is a replica of my emotions...Baba is such an extraordinary individual...poor Anant cud not withstand the horrendous vibes he was passing

Awww...I loved this scene...Ranbir concern...his cautiousness in telling Anant about Navya...Anant's vulnerability n volatility at that point n is soberness as mohan enters...I just love the brotherly bond these 2 share...srsly does siblings as such still exist??? and u are right...the actor playing this character has the in-built soothing looks and his presence does give that calming effect...

So true...Harsh had no clue that wat he is joking about actually holds so very true...and infact I really felt bad for navya's mom at this point...Poor lady is literally worried for her daugther but is kept being kept away from the realities that she ought to know...esp being the kind of loving n caring mom she has been...This moment rather gave me a slight pinch of betrayal n evilness from Navya's end...not becoz she is trying to deliberately but becoz she is going to end up hurting her parents alot more by hiding the truth...

That one point was absolutely marvelous...1 makes the chain...2 makes the link...truly said...if they stick together holding hands in the roughest n weakest moments...then they both can surface any gutters n depths of drowning waters...and m glad this point was brought out to Anant by ritz n appy...and somehow I do feel that yes...navya did back off for the reasons she gave as well as the reasons that ritz gave...If wat I have observed it right...I do think that apart from realizing her own stance when it comes to standing against her family...she also doesnt want Anant to be pulled away from his nitch...she values family bondings and gives importance to the teachings of the family as well and she does not think of herself as important in comparison that shud encourage Anant to fight for...she is rather de-valuing herself and is under estimating the powers n the strength of the emotions that she has for Anant...once she realizes how wrong she is thinking...m sure we will see a replica of "Paro" from Devdas running towards Anant 😉😆😆

OK this was a super *yawn* bit and thus I rather go catch up watching my other shows then commenting on it 😆😆

It looked like he said "whatever I say has to happen-- u have two options 1. agree with me 2. Agree with me" Did that make sense at all..it wud be better if Baba simply announced what he had decided instead of doing stupid drama.

I want more of these guys ..if gives poisitive vibes.

4) Ritz-Appy-Anant at the college: Ritz is full on back in matchmaker mode😆...all her josh about let's get these two together is back...haha...jokes apart, I love how she's trying to be proactive...funny though that Appy again backed off for a bit...looks like these two take turns being pessimistic and optimistic😕😆...anyways, I loved the way Ritz deliberately dropped Navya's name just before leaving cuz she know Anant would come after them asking about her for sure...uske baad tough love for Anant...lol...pehle sunaaoing him so much about how he'll forget Navya easily...lol...kya tactics hain...and then ofcourse RA encouraging Anant to not give up without a fight...to fight for himself and Navya...loved all the points they made...about AN first uniting and then being able to face anything together...and if they really value what is b/w them...something most ppl don't have, they won't give it up so easily...I'm not so sure about Ritz's point that Navya only backed off cuz she felt that would keep Anant out of trouble...I think Navya genuinely backed off for the reason she mentioned...but yes, Anant will deffo have to be the one to bring Navya around and make her realize that what they have is worth fighting for...-I think Anant was in desperate need of a push ..I am happy atleast these friends are backing him.

5) The classroom scene was dumb.-yeah it was so dumb ...I felt the students were overreacting...who hoots like that so khullam khulla on such small matter., ..but I guess there had to be a fallout to all the drama that's been playing out in front of the students since a while...I LOL'd at the weirdo prof going...this is a COMPOOOTER class😆...Soumya looked pretty today...I think she did a good job in her scenes too. The last scene in the principal's office...are these ppl in college or kindergarten?? Tumhare PARENTS ko phone karna padega?😕😆...aaj kal bhi yeh sab hota hai? I didn't know😕😆

Believe me , yeh sab hota hai..atleast 4 yrs back hota tha..I have studied from a National level engg college and you know we used to be dead scared of one word "The DISCO"
Disco= Disciplinary Committee😆..thats what it was called. We had bunch of profs who were too extremists and if some mischief reached their ears the student will be called to disco...the scene looks very similar to court martial with 7 to 8 profs surrounding u bombarding u with questions and then they call ur parents🤢

Frankly speaking , i didn't enjoy the episode a lot ..other than Ritz, appy , anant and anant-ranbir convo. But this post made my day 🤗 feeling better now😊

Oh Anu, today's episode was all sorts of depressing. :( & i can't even think of what I liked, though your post made me smile and look back a little at the occasional nice moment.

Anant bechara got bamboozled by CSB *shakes head*😆This pretty much summarises the episode.

So much for finding middle ground. This was somewhat what I had dreaded... CSB sure proved to be a piece of work! He finally threw all pretenses out the window & I've been wondering when that would happen. The supposedly meaningful eyebrow wiggles and varyingly popping eyes whenever he had tried to nudge Anant back into the 'right path' were amply suggestive of the fact that he is very much aware of Anant starting to question their ideologies (or rather, HIS ideologies) & now, the man has clearly lost his patience. I wonder whether he heard himself and how ridiculous his argument was.

'Son, I love you and I trust you. But it doesn't mean that you any RIGHT to question what I've already decided. Now back to what we were supposed to talk about. Have you made up your mind on the decision I've already made for you?'
Yeah. As if he has the right to say no.

But I'll say this, the scene was indeed powerful. CSB scared the living hell out of me so can't imagine what poor Anant would have felt... He couldn't have possibly said no to the marriage at this point... I felt terribly sorry for him when he drifted back to his room looking like a lost puppy. I despised CSB before mainly because of his methods and now I hate him for all possible reasons there could be. The way he made Anant sit and give the lecture previously, his twisted way of trying to brainwash and bend Anant into doing what he thinks is right. If only he tried to reason out everything and clear his beloved grandson's confusion, I would like him a little. Or at least, try to understand him. But what's the point of coming eye to eye with someone who has his high and mighty behind sewed firmly to the clouds?

I'm going to quote JZephyr (from the character analysis thread) here. When & if Navya gets married and enters that house, it's going to be hell.
Imagine the horror Deepak and Meeta will feel when they see the house their daughter is entering. Deepak is an upright moral man but he knows that what his heart actually wishes for is what his children wish for, so I thought that he will see Anant for the man (to-be) he is and give his blessings to AN. But now I'm starting to have 2nd thoughts about that... Agreed, CSB is a respected man in society, but I'm hoping that Deepak will be a bit more astute judge of character. Even if it means putting some obstacle between AN, the man has the right to know what his daughter is getting into...

The classroom scene... Well, it was expected that AN would get bullied and ragged by their classmates. The real baffler here, though, is that the teacher is as immature as his students. I completely agree with skydome's argument especially on the last paragraphs and the parts in bold and blocks.👏How tactless Rupesh sir was today... Feels like he is finally taking the opportunity to punish them since he got robbed of it during the picnic and he pretty much proved it with the 'Sir, mujhe picnic pe in dhono par shak thaa'.

The principal's actions were, let's just say, new. No need to get all sides of the story, talk rudely to the students, just listen to the unreasonable teacher, don't even bother punishing the other students who had acted like kids and drawn a caricature on the blackboard!
Now then, let's call the (apparent) culprits' parents.

Oh the frustration, the frustation...
