Repeat timings at 9 a.m. And 11.30 a.m. In the morning
on your right side there will be shown some topics name if someone would reply you.. And you can check it through "my post" you should click on that button of my post...
And check your inbox of your email accounts ..IF automatically sends you topic link there...

^^yeap these Indian timings... But you should catch it on prime time ...coz it helps to increase trp
