It's not ending scene. Rather avni's emotional break down thinking whoever she loved; left her eventually as now she has lost custody of mawgli. Picture abhi baki hai.

Neil gets Mowglis custody...that's why she's crying ..but we know Mowgli can't stay without his mama ...so Neil will have to take Mowgli with his mama...the ending is going to be happy ...relax,
