Whie discussing about a show which a similar storyline, I once asked an ol friend who never had a father about how would she feel if suddenly one day her father comes into her life... her answer was that she would feel nothing as he's just a stranger, I think that's the most practical answer.

Mowgli tho came to like Neil, their bonding can never replace what he has with Avni which is like literal mother-son even if she's not his birth mother.

This is a recent case which was on news, fight between birth mother who abandoned the baby right after birth and the mother who raised the child for 4/5 years, the case went on for around half an year but finally the mother who raised the child won the case, its clear that the child is too atttached to her and can't stay away from her while the birth mother is a stranger. Blood doesn't matter everytime, what matters is relationship which is formed over time and Avni-Mowgli has that sort of bonding.

PS - While watching IPL, suddenly there was Zain on-screen. I guess even they found him so handsome that they froze camera on him for a long moment enough for Zain to give few stills too.

Yes that's right. without even knowing that Avni is his biological mother. Mowgli was very attached to Jaan di and most dependent on her...remember he would cry for her and even when Avni was in trouble with goon, he was crying for Jaan didi. The scene with Neil when he said stupid superman, mere jaan didi sable beautiful hai and mein sable cutest and bade hoke i will marry her, shows his bond with her and his love and dependency on his mother.

I feel Neil will win custody and Mowgli will go with him and khannas but he will be unhappy there, might even fall ill and then Neil will have to bring Avni back to Khanna house and will realize their bond...guess if NK gets extension they can explore this properly. And while AvNeil will have to work together for Mowgli then their love will ignite back...but what about Neil's marriage with Mithali next week.

Mowgli will hate Neil and I can't wait to see him reject him! He's over confident right now thinking that he and that Cheapadi can be great parents! No offence neither knows the first thing about being a parent!

Being some Majnu and crying and then going off with any woman to prove he's moved on doesn't make any guy good father material! Neither does so called Honest Mithali make a better Mother than a woman who dedicated her life to 5 kids. Only one of whom is her biological child! Avni is a natural mother and she proved this during Mishti times! Neil seems to have forgotten this is the same Avni who did so much for his ex and her kid? How many women in her place would have done all that? She even brought up Mishti all these years?

Even without knowing he was his real Mother Mowgli was so attached to Jaan Di. Her biggest fan! That won't change no matter what! She brought him up even if she was not his biological Mother, if suddenly a man came and said he was his dad and took him away the same would have applied!

I hope Neil's dream castle crashes around him. Because whatever he did or said I can overlook, but what he said about Mithali can be a better Mother than Avni? That really hurt me! Bohot chuba muje woh line! I took it personally maybe coz I am a Mom too. So I know how much it would hurt if someone said some random woman can be a better mother to my child than I can be! That one statement made me lose all respect for Neil, and I actually don't know if I can feel the same way for him again! These writers ruined him!
