Chapter 75

Bani was standing before a beautiful mansion near a lake.

“That is your birthday gift.” He winked at her.

“Are you joking?” She asked surprised.

“No. Why would I be joking about your gift?”

“You seriously brought a mansion for me?”

“Abh tumhe main apni koi property dun toh you think ki main tumhe paise dikha ke impress karne ki koshish kar raha hun.”

Bani rolled her eyes.

“It is beautiful but didn’t have to go overboard and buy a mansion for me.”

“Hmm… you know there’s a reason why I chose to buy it. There is a story about this mansion. The 200th Cheel Rajkumar Raksh Aditya had built this mansion. He had fallen in love with a human. During that time, it was still not accepted to have humans as mates to Cheels. Markaat was still their patron god. Markaat didn’t accept humans as a part of our world. The woman, Charul was just as much in love with him as he was. People didn’t allow them to be together. So, they used to meet here in this forest and often spent time with each other in this mansion. There was rumour among humans that the mansion was haunted because it rang with laughter and was often surrounded by cheels flying over it. A few giddhs could be found too. The mix gave off eerie air to humans. After a while, both of them started having problems with their sides because they loved each other. Markaat didn’t let Raksh marry Charul and Charul’s family didn’t accept her love for Raksh who was practically just another rich, reclusive man to them. They were seen with doubtful eyes by humans. Charul told Raksh that she was being forced to marry a man her family chose for her. It was either her escaping from it or she’d be found dead. Raksh didn’t know how to explain to his people that he loved a human and wanted to marry her.”

Veer took her hand and led her ahead into the Mansion. The interior of the mansion was so beautiful. Bani could see the changes Veer had gotten in the manor. The interior had a touch of a rustic theme. Wooden brown and green with the stone architecture. One large open courtyard. The glass roof above was tinted with various colours reflecting a colourful look on the small indoor pool. It was a very large manor or the size of Singhania Mansion. Yet, it was perfect for a getaway. A large open balcony overlooking the lake. Swans and ducks swimming in the lake could be seen perfectly well. A swing was placed at the balcony.

Four master bedrooms and three smaller bedrooms. A library. One kitchen and six bathrooms. There were several statues as decorations. Bani knew they had to be old. It wasn’t Veer’s addition.

“They came across a man. He suggested Raksh that if he had loved Charul enough, he should break away from the aerie. Pehle toh Raksh yeh sochne laga ki sahi nahi hai. Koi bhi cheel apne pariwaar ko chodke nahi jaa sakta. Aur phir Raksh toh Cheel Rajkumar tha. Uss aadmi ne Raksh ko samjhaya ki agar uska pyaar utna zyaada hai toh ek baar ke liye uske dil se hi awaaz aayegi ki Charul ke saath rehna sahi hai.” Veer told her.

“Phir?”

“Usi aadmi ne Charul ko bhi himmat di ki use apne pyaar par vishwas karna chahiye. Kehte hai na ki pyaar andha kar deta hai par pyaar ne Raksh ko nayi Aankhen di. Pehli baar kisi ne himmat ki thi Markaat se alag hone ki. Raksh ne tay kiya ki woh abhi kabhi Markaat ko apna dev nahi maanega. Thanks to him, Markaat didn’t remain the patron god to all the cheels. Usne cheelon Markaat se dur nikala. Phir bhi insaano ko kabhi samjhaya hi nahi jaa sakta tha. Toh Raksh ne plan banaya. He pretended to be a monster terrorizing the area nearby, scaring life out of the people. Uss aadmi ne ek pandit ka bhes banaya aur yeh kaha ki agar Charul ko uss monster ko de dein toh gaanv bach sakta hai. People are superstitious. They agreed instantly to send off Charul into the forest. Tabh se insaan iss jungle mein zyaada nahi aate. It is said haunted kyuki bohot saare cheel aas paas rehte rahe hai.”

“Toh they used to live here?”

“Haan. But you know how revengeful Markaat can be. Kuch cheel phir bhi Markaat ke hi saath the. Raksh aur Charul dono waha island ke Narayan ke mandir mein the. Charul unki pooja karti thi. Cheel aaye aur mandir ke seedhiyo ke paas dono ko maar diya. Raksh ne apni puri takat se ladne ki koshish ki and killed all of the cheels par phir bhi he knew he couldn’t survive.”

Bani fell silent at that. She understood why Veer said he bought the house for her. The gist of the story was the same. Two star crossed lovers. Born in different worlds. People had opposed them being together.

“Why do beautiful love stories end in tragedies?”

“Love stories don’t end, Bani. Stories have endings. Love doesn’t. It lives on. Love stories live on because as long as people remember them, they’re immortal. Many lovers reach their end in tragedy because they’re star crossed. People oppose them. Life for them is torturous to live away from each other but death is liberating, knowing that somewhere deep inside them, the love will always live on in their heart. In their stories. Jab tak duniya mein mera naam hai tabh tak jabhi mera zikr ho tabh tak mere naam ke saath tumhara naam juda ho.”

Bani was reminded of how they always put Nageshwari after every time they spoke of Aakesh even at the library on the island. The tapestry also mentioned Nageshwari with Aakesh. Veer just smiled at her like it was something so casual. She stared at him. He continued walking ahead. The last time she felt like this was when he revealed his truth as a cheel and told her he saved her and Jay as children. He seemed so casual but to her, it had turned something inside.

Bani wondered at that moment if she could ever be so free. She knew she loved him without any doubts now but would it ever match his love for her? So free that he didn’t care if he wasn’t remembered for anything else. To be known for just his love and forgotten every other thing that he gone through.

“Kabhi aisa nahi lagta ki tumhe ki tumhe kisi aur cheez ke liye bhi jaane jaao? Apni takat ya apne other achievements ke liye?”

He turned to look at her. He gave her a smile.

“Sweetheart, lucky hote hai woh log jinhe pyaar mein marne ka mauka milta hai. Mujhe toh pyaar ne maut di. I know I’m the luckiest.”

Every time Veer said something like that, Bani would feel another pang of guilt coursing through her. She didn’t know if the guilt was more of not understand what was between Nageshwari and Aakesh or that she killed someone who was so madly in love with her. Bani couldn’t stop that guilt since she found about the entire truth.

“Sweetheart, tumhara birthday hai aaj. I don’t want you sad at all.”

Bani just smiled.

“Chalein?”

“Mujhe laga tum yahi rukna chahogi.”

“I was thinking ki hum dono wahan mountain house pe ruke.”

“Your wish, my command.” Veer grinned.

He took her to the mountain house. Bani had formed a certain attachment to that house. It was exactly where she had first begun to surface her feelings for him. She felt that her relationship with him changed since that trip. Bani was wearing a red saree.

“Plan kya hai? Yahan aa toh gaye…” Veer asked her.

“Tum aur main. Bas. Aur koi plan chahiye?” She winked at him. Veer grinned. He liked where she was going with that.

“Hmm… phir time waste kyu kar rahe hai? Let’s get to work.” Veer pushed her against the nearest wall. His fingers down to the six inch gap in her saree. Bani escaped and raised an eyebrow at him.

“Main kabh mention that we’re going to do ‘this’?”

Veer started chasing. She tried to run as much as she could with her saree. Bani laughed.

“Come on, sweetheart.”

Bani noticed the playful streak in his eyes.

“Nahi… Veer, dekho…” She tried to play along.

“Nahi… tumhe hi jaldi thi bacche ki. Abh tumhe baccha chahiye toh uski mehnat bhi karni padegi na. Come on, Bani. You can’t get pregnant without having sex.”

“Veer, nahi….” Bani laughed.

“Arrey. Dekho tumhe apne birthday pe mujhse kaha ki tum pregnant ho. I should give you that gift.”

“It was just a prank, Veer.” She couldn’t stop laughing.

“Aise kaise? I’m taking it seriously. Tum hi dekhna chahti ti ki main dad banu. How will I become a father without you carrying a baby? Aur baby ke liye toh you need to have sex.”

He jumped over the sofa and grabbed the pallu of her saree. Veer grinned at her.

“Veer, pallu chodo. Yeh kya baat hai?”

Veer scanned her from the top of her head to her toes. It reminded Bani of the time he had caught hold of her dupatta during the engagement to Meera. The way he traced every inch of her made her stay where she was. The way he could heat her up with just his gaze. He cornered her. This time she didn’t mind being cornered like that. His hands made their way to her waist and played with her. His eyes staring into her. She felt like he could read her mind. She pushed his jacket off him.

“Kya hi batau. Jabhi tumhare itne kareeb rehta hun toh nasha sa hota hai, Bani. Dil karta hi nahi ki main tumhse ek inch bhi dur hatun.” He whispered into her, sighing. A flash of her scale ran over her arms. Veer grinned.

His beard brushed against his neck. Bani sighed. She definitely had grown a fetish for his beard. He kissed on her neck. She pulled him up and leaned in to kiss him. Veer pulled back. Bani scrunched her eyebrow at the sudden reaction.

“Main soch raha hun ki dad ko call karke bata hi dun ki main yahan hun tumhare saath.” Veer suggested. She tried to control her temper. He walked away to make a call. She glared at his back.

“Playing cat and mouse, Cheel Singhania, are we? Main bhi dekhti hun tum tak kheloge.” She crossed her arms and sat on the couch.

“Haan, let’s continue.”

“Mujhe TV dekhna hai.”

“Theek hai.”

Veer switched on the TV. There was no cable connection. Just one CD movie was playing. Bani regretted trying to act she wanted to watch a movie. She cringed at the sight of that ugly looking beast. This game was going to cost her some mental peace. May mental peace be damned, she wasn’t going to let her ego crash.

Veer grinned. He could see her scales flash every time the creature surfaced. He knew this game way better than her. He had been playing this since he was 13 years old. Not to mention, he was the hunter and she was the prey. Patiently waiting for the prey to come in the same area as him wasn’t difficult for Veer. Patience was a lesson learned early by every predator. He also knew the chase well. Bani was slightly uncomfortable and he knew how to calm her down. He put his arm around her shoulder and rubbed her arm. She turned around and looked at him. He looked right at the TV, watching the movie. His eyes were on the screen but he knew well how she was staring at him. She didn’t say anything but snuggled a little closer to him. He could feel her scales every time a scary scene came up.

Just after a moment, he stopped rubbing her arm. He felt her eyes on him again. This time it was glaring holes into his brain.

“Kya?” Veer asked.

“Kuch nahi.”

They continued watching the movie. The wind blew into the house strong enough. The curtains were flying in the air. Bani turned to look at Veer. The air blew over Bani and pushed the pallu off her saree.

“Oops… lagta hai aaj hawa masti karne ke mood mein hai.”

“Hawa nahi, tum ho.”

“Konsi nayi baat. Main toh humesha hi rehta hun.” He leaned towards him. “Tumhe dekh ke khyal aate hi hai.”

He teased her. Bani put her arms around his neck. Every time, he would come close to kiss her but then pull away. He just teased her. After a few times, Bani realized what he was doing.

“Yeh badla lene ka galat tareeka hai. This is mean.”

Veer laughed. “Sahi karna hero ka kaam hota hai, gharwali. Main Villain hun, mean toh main bachpan se hun. Kisi bhi cheel se puch lo, they will all tell you that I’m nothing if not mean. Hot lagna, attitude dena aur taunt marna mera kaam hai. Main Veeranshu Singhania hu, I give it back well. Interest ke saath.”

“Aur main tumhari biwi. You wait and watch. You’ll know I’m trapping you and you’ll fall into it.” She challenged him. Veer grinned. There she was. His wild and firecracker Bani. The one who drives him crazy. The reminder that she wasn’t just another girl that is going to fall for his trap. She was someone who would fall for his trap and pull him into the trap along with her. Bani stared into his eyes. This super confident Bani tugs at his inner wildness, challenging him awake. She was Bani Singhania. Nowhere less than him.

Bani grinned at him. She put her pallu back and winked at him. She got up and walked into the room. After a while, she returned in Veer’s hoodie.

“Tum kuch khaoge?” She asked him. A reminder of everything that Veer wanted to do to her that night returned to his mind. Veer closed his eyes and sighed. She loved wearing his clothes just as much as he loved seeing her in them. A grin on his face. A challenge with Bani Singhania was no joke. She knew how to push his buttons just as well as he did. After all, she was his perfect other half.

“Jo bhi tum banaogi.”

“Well, I could have offered you me but seems like you’re not interested.”

Veer chuckled and ran his hands through his, shaking his head. He might just have underestimated a Naagin’s ability to seduce a man. Especially his Naagin’s ability to seduce him. She could do it successfully without meaning it, what were the odds that he’ll last long when she means to do it.

“Koi help karun?”

Veer got up from the sofa and walked to the kitchen. Veer had remembered to start stocking up some food since the first time both of them were there. Bani suggested him to cut vegetables and she tried to make other dishes. She decided to make noodles with red sauce. Veer had red wine to go with it. Veer was cutting the capsicums into slices. She inched towards him, reaching over to the box of salt next to him. She could have gone around him and taken it but no. She reached to the salt over. Her hands brushing over him. Bani was nothing if not true to her word.

She put salt in the sauce. She climbed over the counter to get something from the shelf. After a second, she let go off and let herself take a fall. A grin on her face as she comfortably landed in his arms.

“Aise stunts mat karo. I know there’s nothing you’re reaching on the shelf. Gir jaati toh chot lag jaati.” He told her.

“Tum mujhe girne hi nahi dete. Toh chot lagne ka sawaal hi nahi hota. Haath chod diye kyuki mujhe pata tha tum mujhe pakad hi loge.”

He looked at her. He knew she was playing with him but yet the way she trusted him to never let her fall did something to him. His heart fluttered at that truth. She trusted him exactly how he trusted her. He trusted her not to let him become another Markaat and she trusted him to always have her back.

His hands were holding her legs. The hoodie inched a bit above her mid-thighs. Bani seeing him stare at her legs. He put her on the counter. He tried to move away from her when she grabbed him by her legs and pulled him close to her. The way she pulled him, Veer almost lost his balance and fell over Bani. She rested his arms on her shoulder. He was locked between her legs. She leaned close to him.

“Tumne shampoo change ki hai?”

“Haan.”

“I like it.”

He placed his hands on her waist. He could his desire propelling up. Especially with the way she looked at him with a smile. He was a sucker for her. Veer Singhania loved a challenge. Especially if the challenge had the name Bani Singhania.

“Kehna padega, gharwali, for a newcomer, you’re playing well but chase and let chase game main bohot waqt se khel raha hun. You’re up against a pro. Tricks acchi hai, mujhe bhela bhi rahi hai but not enough make me give in just yet.”

“I’m learning from the best. Tum tension mat lo, main jald hi wahan tumhare saath khadi ho jaaungi. After all, tum mere pati ho.” She stressed on the word tum. He grinned. She was good. She was really good, he admitted. He leaned back on the counter watched her as she cooked. Her hips moved to the music playing on the stereo. He tilted his head and watched her hips moved. They were as hypnotic as her eyes. Why did this woman need additional powers of being able to hypnotize people? Was her beauty enough? He continued to check her out.

Damn. It was no joke to resist her. She turned around and offered a hand to him. He took it and danced with her. Tango. Veer had thought that no girl could match his pace at dancing. The one who matched before was Vanshika. The one beside her was Bani. Bani matched him in perfection that even Vanshika couldn’t. Maybe it was the element of tango that required a certain kind of tension between two people dancing to tango. Bani and Veer’s chemistry matched perfectly to tango.

She returned to her noodles. Veer grinned. He was no less of a player. After all, he was Veeranshu Singhania. His charm was impossible to evade. She dipped her finger in the red sauce to check if it tasted well. Veer held her hand and tasted the sauce from her finger, standing right behind him. Sucking a bit. He made a thinking face.

“Mirchi kam hai. Daal do…” He winked at her.

“Soch lo, shayad utni mirchi tum handle na kar paao.” She returned confidently. He sighed. God help him, this woman could drive him insane. He brushed the back of his hand on her thigh as he reached for the box of mirchi. Bani sighed as his hands brushed against her thigh. He knew just how to turn her on.

“Try me. Mujhe blatant waise bhi pasand nahi. Mirchi nahi hui toh maza kaise aayega?” His eyes mischievous enough to let her know the meaning behind his words. Had she expected anything less? He was Veeranshu Singhania. If he could turn her hatred into love, he was capable of anything.

The problem was that she knew exactly how well he could turn simple things into crazy and wild. It was how he was. One moment he would seem normal and the next moment, he can go crazy.

“I swear, sweetheart. I wish you’d stay in my shirt forever…” He sighed in her ears. Bani gripped the counter to control herself. Then there was her traitorous reflexive scale flashing every time she was turned on.

“Khana ready hai. Table laga dein?”

“Sure.”

The two set their dinner at the coffee table. She brought one plate and two forks.

“Ek minute.” Bani stopped him. She ran inside and brought down a box. She had earlier found the board game in the room when she was looking for his hoodie. “I think we should play a game while eating.”

Bani put out the snake and ladder board before him.

“Snake and ladder?”

“Haan. Not playing chess because I know you’ll win. You’re good at it.”

Veer chuckled. “Snake and ladder it is, then.”

“Toh phir pick your colour piece. Mera red hai.”

“Sweetheart, main aisi hi koi game nahi khelta. There should be an incentive to win.”

“Main gamble nahi karti.”

“Pata hai but who is to say we can’t play strip?”

“Strip? Excuse me? Maine tumhari shirt pehni hai. How far can I strip?”

Veer laughed at the way she said it.

“Your fault. Every time you get bitten by a snake; you’re supposed to strip. Applies to me too. Deal?”

“Deal.”

“I’ll take the black piece then.”

Bani took some noodles with her fork and tried to eat them. Some of the noodles were hanging from the fork. Veer took it and started eating from the other end. Bani stared at him and almost stopped eating. He continued to eat. He was close enough to her to disorganize her mind and her plans to trap him. Just when he was close to her lips, he pulled away.

“Accha hai.” He added.

The two started to play snake and ladder. Veer was quick to start with a six. Bani took it slowly but well enough. Veer was someone who jumped for the win. He was aiming for the 100th block. Bani knew the game was between 1 and 100. She focused on the numbers between 1 and 100. Veer’s aim for the 100th tile meant he wanted a six. The run for six got him bitten by the snake. Veer took off his jacket.

Veer just couldn’t believe it. She kept escaping the snakes.

“Yeh kya tumhara jaadu hai? Tum saanpo ke paas aati ho but phir bhi bach jaati ho.” Veer complained.

“Main Adi-Naagin hun na, Veer. Mujhe kaise kaatenge. Saanp sirf apne shikaar aur shikari ko kaatte hai.”

Veer shook his head. Bani threw the dice and got up a ladder. Veer got a ladder too. They played for a while and she got a snake.

“Abh tumhare Adi-Naagin waale jaadu ka kya hua? The snakes didn’t listen to you?”

“Unfortunately.”

Bani put her hands inside the hoodie and took out her bra. He played and got a ladder up. Bani played again and got another snake. She was coming across the small ones. She took off her underwear and threw it aside. Veer sighed and pushed his head back against the couch. She was playing well. Maybe she knew exactly what was needed.

Veer played his turn and got a snake again. Veer took off his shirt. Bani stared at him with her chin resting on her hand. He was handsome. Bani grinned.

“Yeh saanp har baar mujhe kaatta hai. Irritating.” He complained. He turned to take a bite from the food. Bani crawled a bit closer to him and softly bit on his bare shoulder. “Oww…” He whipped his head to see Bani biting his shoulder playfully. Her eyes looking into his. Her teeth grazed the skin on his shoulder softly. Less painful and more sexual.

“Maybe you do taste good. Isiliye baar baar kaat rahi hogi.”

Veer groaned. That was it. He was done playing. Veer pulled her face and kissed her lips. He just couldn’t resist her more. Too playful to let the moment slip down his fingers. Bani sat on his lap. He leaned against the couch. She had placed herself at the perfect position. Her core brushing softly against his arousal in his pants.

“Bani…” He moaned. He pushed his head back as she kissed his neck. Her hands on his bareback. Her nails scratching his back. Wasn’t wild cat like scratching but just enough to put the hint of her wildness. Both of them were wild on the inside. Somewhere feral. Her hands grabbed his hair tugging it enough. She moved her hips slowly. Slow and torturous. His hands moved into the hoodie. Stopping at her chest.

“Veer…” She moaned. The heat radiating off his skin. He picked her up and put her on the sofa. Pulling the hoodie off her. She was beautiful. Veer couldn’t ever get enough of her. Climbing up over her. He continued kissing her. His addictive temptation. His attention went to her chest, sucking at her breasts and moving him in a rhythmic manner. He could just feel her orgasm inching closer. His fingers trailed down, touching her exactly where she wanted. That brought out a series of moans. She pushed her head against the couch, moaning. His finger could get her to the height of her pleasure. He pulled his face to hers and kissed his lips.

“Veer… please…” That’s all he needed. Next thing, Veer was inside her. He moaned. They were both wild when it came down to their own pleasure. Only Bani could match that wildness he possessed. Only Bani gave him that feeling in his chest. That feeling that they were just one in that moment.

Ally! What should I say mahn!❤️ I know I don't comment after every update, but I don't miss even one! I just cannot❤️ It has become a part of my thought process! My stressbuster! You are wayyy too good dear!!! You have such a special talent of weaving a story ever so beautifully! The story takes the reader through every character's life, but never let them love any other character than Veer and Bani❤️❤️❤️

I never want this to end!!! Am that addicted to it! My daily dose of engagement and smiles

Thank you dear! A big thank you for this! Your efforts and your imagination is unmatchable👏👏👏 Its absolutely ingenious😳👏👏

Today's update felt like a full circle! You started the first update from here! Veer and bani in this mountain house!

Another thing is the way you beautifully portray sexual scenes mahn! You just describe it insanely in detail!😆🤪☺️☺️☺️☺️ The first consummation scene was more of them exploring each other and finally being one, this one was wild and crazy🤪☺️☺️☺️ A very well crafted ALMOST TURNING THE READERS ON scenario! Wonder what your inspiration could be😆

Waise, am also interested in Samrat and Vanshika

I don't know, I feel they are like teenage version of Veer and Bani😆 It would be fun to see things heating up a bit between them too😉😉😉 Sam is like a forbidden fruit for Vanshika for long time now! The tank of attraction and angst is full in her maybe😆 It would be fun if it would burst unconsciously😆 Though, the falling in love phase for her is yet to come maybe waiting for that love story to unfold too

Keep up the brilliant work Ally darling!🤗 Let me know if you even start working on something else too! I can read anything you'll pen down, you have a fan in me now😳🤗
