Well long story short :

Vish has come to take revenge (as you have known by now) and she abducts Yuvraj on his marriage day and supposedly killed him and in his place Mahir will be getting married to Bela. It will be revealed that the real revenge taking naagin is not Vish but actually Bela (new form taken by Ruhi) to avenge Vikrant. As the story progresses, Maahir will slowly fall in love with Bela and Bela too will realize her love for him. Later on, Vikrant who was presumed to be dead will be seen alive and will take the form of Yuvi and will enter the house and it will be revealed that everything was Vikrant's plan along with his mother for grabbing the naagmani from Bela. Vish was also with Vikrant all along as she loved him and he will create certain situation (as Yuvraj) which will compel Bela to get married to him. But Bela will come to know about everything and will get Vish married to Vikrant (as Yuvraj). It will soon be revealed that Sumitra is a naagin and she is Vikrant's mother. Later, the real Yuvraj will enter the scene and will be revealed as a naag (being Sumitra's son). Meanwhile Maahir came to know about Bela being a naagin and later had a memory loss due to Sumitra biting him and RJ will be dead as Vikrant bite him. Sumitra would poison Maahir's mind against Bela and he would be getting married to Vish (a plan hatched by Vish-Vikrant to save Vikrant's life from his mother) but as tipped off about the situation to Bela by Vish, the marriage will be averted and in a fight, Vish, Vikrant, Bela and Bela's mother would presumably be killed.

6 months later, in the present scenario, it has been shown that the whole Sehgal family knows about the naag naagins and are living in terror with Sumitra and Yuvraj terrorizing them and Maahir had an mental imbalance (due to his head being hit in the fight) and is behaving like a kid. Sumitra fixed his marriage forcibly with a girl named Shivli (due to her property) and when her family didn't agree they are killed and Shivli was forcibly married to Maahir by blackmailing her into saving her brother and SIL. As per the precap of the last episode, when the veil of the bride was taken off, the bride turned out to be Bela and her brother and SIL being Vikrant and Vish respectively (three of them were not dead and no idea how so please don't ask😉) and another of EK story goes on...

N. B. : Many new characters were introduced as villains (actually supervillains) as well as supporters which you will gradually come to know about as you watch the show.
