I was shocked to read that NBT is going off air. The reason given is due to low TRP. I dont know how the TRP is decided, but am sure that this most entertaining show is the best show I and my family loves to watch. I am Panel and audience co-ordinator by profession and I have more than 40 T V Talk shows and game shows on various Channels to my credit . And so I did some research on this show with my audience, and majority of them has agreed with my opinion. If at all you want to scrap any programme to make way for BIG BOSS, Then we all suggest that you SCRAP SASURAL SIMAR KA and put NBT in that slot. The reason for scrapping off SASURAL SIMAR KA is that the serial is full of utter nonsense and spreads wrong message in the society. for e.g. Khushi (Billo Rani) a bar dancer was accepted by the family merely for saving a life of a member of the family. This is hard to digest as no respectable family accept such a girl as their bahu and secondly the concept of surrogate mother is also hard to digest because no respectable family will adopt a child that has been born from the womb of a bar girl. The basic concept of surrogate mother is good but it was shown in a very bad light which sends wrong message to the society. The character of Khushi is glorified which otherwise deserves to be condemned. Further, the contents of the show is ridiculous and hard to believe, specially the legal aspects. In spite of above views if you want to continue with this bull shit serial then I request you to put the same in the non prime time afternoon slot so that we can have a peaceful good night sleep.

I strongly agree with this guy who did the research & if at all the channel wants to retain nbt, the bestest choice of scrapping other show will definitely be SSK, it is such an intolerable, utter non-sense show to the core. I really do wonder how the trp for this useless show is near to 3.

Idiots, I don't understand what kind of saddists watch this show?.

When I took sabbatical from work, IPK was the only show where there was no saas bahu drama..so I started watching it..till the leads got married things were good..after that it is not same...but I still watch it in Ffwd mode...I have serious technical issues with the serial..especially editing and connection of scenes...

@bold ditto atleast story is moving in the show.

Only 3 shows run in my house..NBT & IPK ( only me watching these two ) and Tarak Mehta ( both me and hubby)..We used to watch Adaalat coz it was funny and the other lawyers were made fool and lame in every episode.. We just dropped off long back..😆

Pavitra Rishta and Parichay-both are Ekta soaps,so the story bound to get illogical but some of the moments from both these shows are/were gripping for me..Though NBT and KTLK will remain with different place forever for me...
I can remind another good concept show-12/24 Karol Bag,had anyone tried it?
