ps-it was good chatting with you 😊

i know u r also not wrong & i m also of dis view dat every1 shud b given 2nd chance but as i'd earlier written da post considering prsn's ckt, conditions(like self-defense etc.) & gravity of the crime. and abt rape i m of dis view dat gen. rapists don't rape 4 fun or luv but there only intention is 2 staisfy their ego as wen sum1 forces on oder prsn den oder don't oblige.
and no doubt they shud also b sent 2 mental asylum.👏👏

firstly,i would like to thank all the people who have posted their views on this topic.i have given this a lot of thought and i am grateful to all of u for helping me collect my thoughts and put them into words.this is what i have always wanted to say and here it goes:
from a mother s point of view i would still say that what ammaji did is not wrong.as i have already pointed out,,its not easy for a mother to sit back and watch her son being put behind bars.as chanda said to raghav-jab ammaji ne ek aurath ki ladai ek ma se ki,ek maa jeeth gayi.this is what happened to ammaji too.had i been in her shoes this is what i would have done too.but, unlike ammaji i wouldnt have celebrated my son s home coming.i would have punished him myself.i would have dis owned him as my son, removed him from the will and chucked him out of the house.if my son has to be punished for this,i have to be punished too because there have been short comings in his upbringing that has made my son behave this way.i would have given up being a mukiya because i have failed to stand by truth.therefore i dont deserve to be a part of the panchayat too.
from a woman s point of view i would have considered it a victory to womenkind had i been able to instill in gajender a sense of regret and repentance for his act.though i am not a christian i happen to beleive in the bibble when it says that from repentance flows forgiveness.when a person truly regrets and repents for his wrong doing,he is forgiven.law and punishment are there to ensure that people of the country live in peace and harmony.punishment is given to instill a feeling of fear among people to discourage them from doing any thing that is considered harmful to the others.the aim of law should be to correct a person and set him on the right path.when a person is punished for a crime that he doesnt repent for,it only provokes him and encourages him to become worse or worse still, makes him commit the same mistake again.i strongly beleive that every person should be given an opportunity to rectify their mistake and lead a good life.therefore never should a punishment so great be given that prevents this from happening.
from gunja s point of view, had i been in gunja s shoes,i will never be able to forgive gajender for what he did to me.i was young, full of life and my dreams were on the verge of coming true.but he murdered me.even if gajender is hanged or even if he is imprisoned for life i would nt care.whatever happens to him i can never forgive him.if he were imprisoned he ll only be proveked and it will encourage him to commit the mistake again.he may even hurt sia.this would be the last thing i want.i would never want any harm to befall the person who fought so hard to give me justice.i ll be happier to know that he is regretting and repenting for his mistake.atleast that would ensure that he ll not repeat the mistake of raping some1 else again.my soul shall rest in peace

As per this list Sia herself becomes accomplice to so many illegal things and murders by not telling police about it.
OK she was scarred so she kept quiet, but when her own family was abused what stopped her from filing a police complaint!!!!!!!!!
The next person is Raghav who himself ordered Sunitha's death to save his family from gallow. Do not tell me raghav is innocent enough not to know how big a crime ordering someones murder is? (As per his dialougues in yesterdays serial) Here i think story writer has made a wrong move by making Raghavs character to order someones murder!!!!!
The story writer is confused whether to make Raghav character good or bad from beginning though we viewers have always assumed he is hero of the show. Then he must not be made to commit such grave crimes because it will send wrog signal to viewer.

good to know that some1 agrees with me atlast😉 .i have not been watching laado from the begining.although i knew raghav had a hand in sunitha s death i dint know he was the 1 who ordered her to be murdered!!lol!!that s news!!
