ab tak himesh, mika, shaan sab se jyada drama kar rahe hain.thats why himesh says to shaan that shaan is himesh's guru now. he is even leaving himesh behind.

Hey Meena, I too don't approve of emotional drama and sympathy to garner votes. I never approved of Debo's Ma ka sapna story, or Vaishali's bimaar husband story, or Amaya and Yashita's stories of a struggling single mom (the list goes on). I agree that this is a singing show. If you sing, you would know that emotion is a big factor in bringing out the feel in your song and whispering the thought about his daughter in debo's ears before his performance did the trick in bringing out a lovely rendition from Debo and that's what captaincy is all about.

If thats true then everyone is doing it why are u blaming Shaan only? I remeber how Shreya's chhupa rustam cried ..after his song... Aishwarya said a long story about her mom dad after her song.. everyone bring their relatives name then every one is using it.

Well say what you want about the draamebaazi that's cool with me. I'm just putting my point of view.

Shaan has never pulled other contestants or teams down. He just wants people to play by the rules. And he thought that Shahid Kapur adds more star power to the other team. So he spoke out. He felt the judges were being lenient on Ameya (coz of HR's comments). So he spoke out. He's just trying to get the show within the rules. That's it.

And as far as emotional gimmicks go - they help his contestants get the scores they deserve. I have no problem with it.

If you remember, a few episodes ago (dont remember which one), HR asked Shaan to score his rival team's participant and Shaan said that they deserved 11 out of 10! So Shaan IS a fair guy.

Anyway, this is a very subjective topic. This was just my opinion for what its worth. Everyone has their own opinions. I dont want to sound like I'm professing or being overdefensive. As long as people aren't making personal attacks at each other, I dont mind if you like Shaan or not.

I dont have anything against Shaan, he isnt a drama king or anything, i only didnt like the fact he objected to shahid when there wasnt any problem at all? Shahid was just supporting Mohit, didnt understand why shaan thought is was unfair because like you said the theory of mohits team getting more votes because of shahid was completely wrong. Thats why i didnt understand the whole fuss about it!

Its against rule.. This is a contest not an Award giving ceremony.. If Sachin tendulkar comes as a guest for junior cricket team match and a serious match then if suddenly he plays for one team definitely other team will object for it .. koi tamasha thodi i hai..
