Purvi is shocked to find from Delhi police station that Mukhi was not here any more. He had been taken to Rewari police station . Juhi and Manas are worried for Papa .
Purvi assures the kids they will to to Rewari and meet him there .
Purvi meets Mukhi at jail and assures she will prove his innocence and get him out of jail. Mukhi asks her to be happy she was now away from both Mukhi and Daksh . This was what he wanted. At court all families gather for hearing . Defence presents his side as accidental murder while defending his wife .
Naani gives her witness against Mukhi , accusing him as a preplanned murder. Pranjali says Mukhinwas madly in love with Purvi and he could not tolerate any one touching his wife , so he killed Daksh . and Veer gives statement that he witnesses Mukhi shooting Daksh ,
Prosecutor presents the case and Judge declares this was rarest of the rare case and mukhi is given punishment of hanging till death for murder of Daksh .
Pranjali , Veer, Priyashi and Naani smile , Purvi n the kids are heart broken .
Mukhi and Pirvi meet during the break of court session, Purvi reassures her trust in Mukhi that he did not fire with vengeance or preplanning . Mukhi is happy to know his Bawri trusted him.
Purvi asks defence lawyer to speak in favour , but he states her family members were turning hostile n giving witness against Mukhi , what could he do ? She had to bring evidences that will prove he fired in defence of Purvi .
FB ascend of Prakashi bribing the defence lawyer to make sure Mukhi loses and he is given death sentence .

After the death sentence is announced Purvi rushes to judge and pleads him not to punish Mukhi as he fired in defence if his wife . He should not be hanged for saving some one . Judge states all evidences and witnesses were against Mukhi , the court does not act on emotions but evidences , asks Purvi to file her case at higher court or Supreme Court . She had two weeks time .
