~*O.S. Contest*~ Closed for Entries

After standing outside Ravjot's inbox for many, many months, with my brightest smile😃

She has relented and agreed to my request for an O.S. Contest.

Definition of competition : noun, The act of competing, as for profit or a prize; rivalry. A test of skill or ability; a contest.

For me the mastery of any art is the continual and regular practice of that art. We do not compete with others but only our own selves. This 'contest' remains as a 'means' for betterment in an arena where people tend to only state what they hope you would love to hear, which is undoubtedly the 'good soul' of our society, and yet...

Even as I disagree, you insist for me to agree,
Even knowing that I will resist, you still persist.
Thus we circle around the truth,
and end up none the wiser.

So, shall we begin? There are five things you need to bear in mind.

1. There are three contests/categories

i SaJan / MoNaya (Either one or both together)

ii. MayUr / ArTi. (Either one or both together)

iii. MJHT / MJHT IF /MISC (Any combination of MJHT characters, actors, IF-MJHT forum members (ask permission first) and other characters/actors.

2. Since Ravjot has been truly generous I wish to share that generosity and give you a maximum word count of 2000 words. Please bear in mind people are more inclined to read smaller pieces when voting.

3. Voting will be done by members of the forum. Depending upon the number of entries, I will announce voting system later.

4. Closing date for entry is 31^st May 2011. Please pm me with your entries, [a little faith] with the subject title 'O.S. contest' Maximum of two entries per person.

5. Parameters. [Please see edited note below]

Contest i. SaJan / Monaya must begin with the words 'Love bole toh'

Contest ii MayUr / ArTi must begin with the words 'College bole toh'

Contest iii MJHT / MJHT IF /MISC must begin with words 'Family bole toh'

Please remember the spirit behind this contest. It is the same soul you would find in that wonderful show that brought us all together. So don't become the manifestation of 'Sheena/Bui' whilst masquerading as 'SaJan/MayUr/Love.'

EDIT: A lot of people are asking about concepts. As far as I am concerned, you do not need to remain 'glued' to the opening words I have given you, You can take it anywhere you like. Just begin with those words and fly away, flow onwards, or spin off completely new direction. There are not any strict rules as such.

1. SO good to see u sabah🤗 missing talking with u! Me too. I am trying to 'bait' as many people as possible into remaining 'emotionally' attached' to this forum since so many people I know have 'emigrated.' Not that seeking new horizons is a bad thing, in fact I would encourage it, and not that 'new faces' are something not to be noted BUT I just miss my old MJHT-IF buddies.
