Nope, there really aren't any parameters, just being with those words in your category and wander off upon any tangent, for in truth there are a myriad of meaning behind every sentiment and sentence.

Rightly said, I am glad, sometimes concepts limit the writers ability or the art of experimenting in Contests, and anyways the best part is that this contest is about competing with oneself, the most challenging feat, so why build other parameters, when the biggest parameter to overcome is you 'yourself =D... forgot to mention, Beautiful Post =)

Sabah we have to start with college bole toh...does story need to have college background kya...kyonki if i will start from college bole to than to colledge background rakhna padega ...😕

Absolutely not. You can take it anywhere you like. Just begin with those words and fly away, flow onwards, or spin off completely new direction. There isn't really any strict rules as such.
