I always look so forward to read what you have written because I know it would help me understand people and myself better and better, then appreciate and love. Shilpa Aunty understood that we can't fully reach our potential through education alone. We need to interact with other lights. Truly I didn't even think I would find such lights on MJHT forum. I only intended it to be a kind of 'time-pass'.

The way you write can make anyone fall in love with literature of any and every kind Sabah. Hey Butterfly, no more praise. Why my strict policy? If my heart accepted any praise of any kind I fear that it would be the seeds of its corruption whereby even water from a fresh spring would not revive it only make it rust!

Hehe okay baba i know about compliments, but you know i have to say what is my heart, i feel incomplete otherwise, hehe few more brain cells,i am so glad that you don't and you have a beautiful mind with amazing ideas which you so selflessly share with each one of us.One person's selfless is another person's imposition. 😳 You are too kind, too sweet and too beautiful. Don't change, if it means having to 'bear'😉 compliments, so be it!😆

I agree about M being a mummy's boy and he has almost always been sincere to his role. I agree about mum as well, i like calling her mum at times, i always have felt that void in my life, i am always trying in way or another to fill it up.I started calling this cartoon advertising character for sky tv, father, because he embodied all those qualities I wanted in my father. Truthfully I consider him a father, because it brings me comfort just thinking about him. Our families are not only our blood ties, for me. Aren't we all brothers and sisters of the human race? Do we not then have a duty to care and nurture each other? As for Shilpa Aunty, I asked Nandita "If the human heart is capable of imagining such a character, then it is also possible for it to become such a character?"
She replied
(although I should mention we were talking about Mayank, however the answer is quite universal)
it sure is possible....but not easy one .... it takes too many restriction of self and limitations too...tagged with it principles one lives for and yearning to soar high but still be rooted .......... all this goes in the basic foundation of such an character...
but in this super fast and insensitive age hardly anyone takes this long route of self making... they rather choose the easy way out... cool is what they want to be not an idealist...

.Love you so much I return the love in abundance!

Hey Sabah,

My sincere apologies for being so late. I agree, it is so true about education, no matter how many books one reads, until and unless one doesn't understand the purpose of the writing and what the writer wants to convey, in the long run that reading wouldn't really be that effective and wonderful as it could have been.

Its better to read two books instead of ten but read it with an open mind and making a sincere effort to understand what the author is trying to say. Reading in between the lines as they say it, it certainly leaves one as you said about art with a mind which has new ideas springing up and down, trying to come out in the open to breathe, sadly we ourselves many a times don't let them come out.

I understand the reason and basis of your strict policy, i just can't help it Sabah, but for your sake, I can always give it another try.😳

I am deeply deeply humbled, wow so much praise, I have never been praised so much, I feel sooooooo content, happy genuinely happy that I am one of the lucky people who gets soo much love, you always make me feel so special Sabah.

I don't recall watching any such Cartoon Sabah, but I agree relations and a beautiful emotion such as love is never and can never be bound by any restrictions. Love is a free emotion, which has its own wings and destination. We all are so lucky to have love in our lives in one way or another, i guess we are even more lucky when we have the power to give love to others.

I never feel more better then after i bring a smile on anyone's face, everyone lookssssssss beautiful when they smileeeeeeeeeee.😳

Love you alwaysssssssss.😃

I know so many knowledgeable people who can quote volumes but they fail to live it, implement it. The difference between knowledge and wisdom for me is that the knowledgeable person knows that the fire burns, the wise person doesn't place his hand in the fire.

She works within her parameters.

I understand the reason and basis of your strict policy, i just can't help it Sabah, but for your sake, I can always give it another try.😳Aww, don't change. I think the world would be better with more butterflies than dandelions!😆

Awwwwww Sabah, I know its so sad that children don't even remember those little little gestures of love and concern let alone realise and appreciate those gestures and moments. I agree that children can never repay their parents love, kindness or anything for that matter. I am really proud of the Indian culture which has always given so much importance to mothers, even alot of religions like Islam, has some beautiful teachings on the position of a mother and the kind of love and respect she should be given.I love our cultures and heritage. Even the oriental cultures have put so much stress on parents, mothers. I would hate to see us take the modern path where parents are treated if not regarded as burdens or even causes of stress. Can you imagine that child whose face lights up every time he sees his mum, who runs to greet her from missing her grace, who fights with siblings to hold her hand, grows up to ignoring her, shutting doors on her, telling her 'i hate you!'. We have the potential to be so cruel, it scares me at times.

Yeah I agree Sabah, you have been very respectful of other's views and very very warmly responded to them. I guess everyone can have an open view to life and things, your words act as a beautiful spirit which comes and awakens that part of our minds and makes me say and look at things in a way which i wouldn't have before. Thanks, but I cannot lay claim to beauty, inspiration nor awakenings, these are all beyond my realm, have their own master and nature. I am grateful for whatever bounty is bestowed upon me and for that bounty I am fortunate to witness. I truly want to be a beautiful flower in a meadow full of beautiful blooming flowers (and a beautiful butterfly too)

I agree M was drawn towards N not because of her outer beauty, it was her inner beauty, her innocence, her clean heart, to say whatever was in her heart. She wouldn't pretend if she didn't like anything, about the project that lie was killing her from inside. She as Shilpa aunty says moo phatt, Guess what? I never heard this expression before Shilpa Aunty said it. I asked my mum and she said 'loud mouth' or 'big mouth' Is this correct?

Solitary confinement is one of the worst evils, but Sabah would you please elaborate on this more as i can't really understand the point you want to put across or have i got it right Sabah? See i am a bundle of confusions hehe.😆No it is not you. I hate patronsing people, so I end up confusing them instead by being elusive and vague! 😆 Sorry. What I meant that those of us who are fortunate to be free, not in prison nor standing in a corner, still isolate ourselves from others willingly, intentionally for some unknown, fictitious crime. Why?
Mayank was heading this way, until Shilpa Aunty persuaded him to try another path, and of course destiny collided him with Nupur. He couldn't isolate himself from his own heart!

Thankyou thats what i have believed since really young, each one of us would set and fulfill or journeys on our own and we all can do it, first step being to positively start believing it.You cannot nurture by uprooting, nor imposition nor compulsion, no matter how earnestly you believe yourself to be more correct. Like Shilpa Aunty with Mayank, you have to let people choose their own paths with their inherent mistakes. Nurture their inner light, try to augment with outer light and sign post the pitfalls for their guidance.

I agree about MJHT and its writers, but sadly it has been a series of disappointments in recent times, still i haven't given up hope Sabah. It wouldn't befit all the love already given. We have to see this through until the end. We have to pay 'this price' for our loyalty.

Love you always.

I know and sadly we have alot of children in today's era who are on those scary lines Sabah. This is the kind of potential I never want to have and I don't know why we have been given this potential maybe to test us?
Sabah that is sooooooooooo sweet of you to include me in your beautiful meadow, 😳

Mou phatt, no it doesn't mean big mouth Sabah, the term loud mouth is usually used and understood in a negative context. Shilpa aunty wouldn't say anything degrading and esp for M's only friend. Otherwise as well, in her own judgement she found N to be really sweet and nice. Mou phatt is someone who is straight forward and blunt, but in a good way, someone who would instantly say what is in her or his mind. Here N is blunt but innocent as well, at times she would end up saying things she could have avoided but then she just can't help it.

Oh now I get it, it was so nicely explained, Thankyou so much, oh here I go again.😆 M I guess wanted to keep himself away from parties he use to call them a circus is what I can recall from the very first episode of the show. I am so much like him, i rarely go for parties but then on the other hand, i am a people's person hehe.

Wow so well noted Sabah, thats why she was pushing him to go with N for the phatakhas, not really pushing him but neither stopping him and her face had that content look when M went away with N for phatakhas. Would have loved to see her join them as well.😳

Later on he couldn't isolate himself as how could he isolate himself from his heart, very well noted Sabah👏, even when he tried, he felt nothing but more frustrated and irritated as for a person like him, everything was under his control and planned but when he was with N, it was not the case.

I agree about the choosing of paths, its always better to do that on our own, so that we have no regrets, even if we fall no worries, I know we all can get up, some realise it soon and some later.

i agree but the price is alittle too heavy Sabah,😆

God bless you honey.😃

Hey Sabah,

You rightfully deserve all the love and respect. I pray that you get alot more love than you ever give. I agree at least I try not to burn my hands, but at times I do, at least when you burn your hand once, twice, thrice, the frequency of burning would get less and less. Wisdom only comes with time, it just doesn't happen but again a sincere attempt is what is needed.

Hehe more butterflies.😳 I shall always remain the same then hehe, at least try to remain the same Sabah.

I agree Shilpa aunty, when she smiles, one feels like smiling with her, she brings her own glow and share of undeniable radiance.

I have never come across that poem Sabah, but would love to know more about it.

Much love,

Senny.😃

I agree Shilpa aunty, when she smiles, one feels like smiling with her, she brings her own glow and share of undeniable radiance.I have never come across that poem Sabah, but would love to know more about it.Sorry honey I confused two references. The title and quote are from two different poems. 😳 In my defense it is two hours past my bedtime.
I am just going to spam my thread because I want to include the first as it is one of of my favourite poems.
Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

These last two lines, this is the essence of risking your heart. When Mayank declares his love, he lays his heart under Nupur's feet.

Looking up at the stars, I know quite well
That, for all they care, I can go to hell,
But on earth indifference is the least
We have to dread from man or beast.

How should we like it were stars to burn
With a passion for us we could not return?
If equal affection cannot be,
Let the more loving one be me.

Admirer as I think I am
Of stars that do not give a damn,
I cannot, now I see them, say
I missed one terribly all day.

Were all stars to disappear or die,
I should learn to look at an empty sky
And feel its total darkness sublime,
Though this might take me a little time.

First is by yeats and second by auden.

Aww Sabah, ease the weight; by just being with us. Indeed that would be a beautiful gift and make this journey the most beautiful one ever.

Big test and the path to follow, this is what I have believed and i guess the purpose of life comes in connection with this, being able to find the light within us and share it with everyone in the best way possible.

What would a butterfly do with no flowers and no meadow Sabah😳, each flower, each butterfly has its place and right to be there na Sabah.

Thats true about the show, each scene having a meaning and we chose to search for it and appreciate it, I did but only now, its better to be late than never hai na Sabah?

Hehe i prefer picnics or small gatherings for that matter as well.

Shilpa aunty as a grandmother awwww that would be wonderful, I do hope to see that but at the right time.😆 i agree this parenting manual is serious but has not closed the doors for fun.

I know and it does work wonders esp when a person is feeling awkward, at that time if someone comes and tells him or her that everything is fine, it makes one feel so much better, its a simple word or two, a hug would suffice for comfort. M always had Shilpa aunty's comfort and support, that gave him the strength to move ahead with his feelings in due time.

Then i would never ever think of demolishing that wall hehe.

Much love,

Senny.

Aww Sabah, ease the weight; by just being with us. Indeed that would be a beautiful gift and make this journey the most beautiful one ever.I found my strength to hold my burden through MJHT but when it added to the load I found MJHT forum to actually relieve the burden. Truly clouds have silver, glittering linings.

Big test and the path to follow, this is what I have believed and i guess the purpose of life comes in connection with this, being to find the light within us and share it with everyone in the best way possible. What is the benefit of being a flower in a desert? What would a butterfly do with no flowers and no meadow Sabah😳, each flower, each butterfly has its place and right to be there na Sabah.Aww true. This is Shilpa Aunty's attitude. Nurture all that is trying to grow.

Thats true about the show, each scene having a meaning and we chose to search for it and appreciate it, I did but only now, its better to be late than never hai na Sabah?Of course. Today is yesterday's tomorrow. The future is here now. Every breath counts.

Hehe i prefer picnics or small gatherings for that matter as well.Have you ever been to a party/picnic? They have candlesticks, napkins etc, I was waiting for the butler to appear and serve lobster...very strange combination. I like the old classic style of picnic. Or maybe I just need a little class.

Shilpa aunty as a grandmother awwww that would be wonderful, I do hope to see that but at the right time.😆 Yes, sorry, I didn't mean to skip ahead. Only in my head for now. I hope the cv 's don't take this accidental suggestion. i agree this parenting manual is serious but has not closed the doors for fun.Nope. This is Shilpa's Aunty's style, education through fun experince. She makes it look so effortless and imbues all actions with grace.!

She nurtured not tortured. Most parents blur the lines here even though the lines are metres apart.

Then i would never ever think of demolishing that wall hehe. That is because as in step two, you have empathy. I fear I am just too lazy. Wall everywhere sigh with relief!

Much love,

Senny.Lots of love and hugs! Sabah
