abt chemistry teacher and orange juice - they arent potraying the institution of education as bad .. I mean, even in movies like 'main hoon na' ther was a hot chem teacher..and SRK was bowled over by it .. but ppl overlooked that jus coz that was a movie? -----------

Abt yr lines here. the CV'S implied that Samrat was seduced by the teacher.. after she had spiked his drink in farewell party .... that means std 12th . He then woke up the next day in her bedroom.... can u justify a statement like that .
In the movie Sushmita Sen did not go out with Shahrukh Khan till she came to know he was an Army officer, not a student .
Yes lots are shown in TV these days, BUT IT'S THE DUTY OF THE PARENTS TO MONITER WHAT THEIR KIDS ARE WATCHING .I have a friend who took her 8 yrs old child to watch Dev D. Is that right?
But this show is watched by children also as young as 11 yrs old .... Don't the makers of MJHT know that ... so in the name of comedy shld they have shown what they showed yest ( the first 1/2). My 12 yrs ols son sometimes watches mjth.. & yest he asked me what does AI means ... since we have regular workshops in sch I cld answer him in correct manner ?He understood because he knows abt " reproduction " . How many parents can do that ? Yest he also asked me abt that CHEMISTRY TEACHER THING ? Frankly speaking I had no reply.That's why I have told him not to watch mjht again.I told him that this show is not for u anymore.
The question here is not what is shown ... but how ? & what language is used , & how the topic is presented ?

i dont mind so much the nature of the dialogue....its just really out of place i feel......i just dont get one thing.....have basically all the boys except for mayank been around the block?......because if you know you havent done ANYTHING, you're not the daddy!.....its as simple as that....naina

exactly..so this is wher it all ends! 😊 I m not here to sit and justify my POV to ppl..this is not a debate, this is a discussion .. I spoke abt my POV and I m dun wit it!

as for ur accusations of me talking abt intimacy etc in the CV thread or anywher else on thw forum, I dont think I need to give anybody any justification of what I said and why I said so .. I hav learnt a lesson on this forum that no matter whether u speak the truth or not, u are not taken in the right manner if u are considered 'wrong' here ..

as for my objections abt the baby track initially to the CVs, well I kno that was a mistake now, I shudnt hav assumed stuff before they showed it on TV .. my objection was basically to the fact that they considered this as an option to the masti to b shown in coll days .. and my objection stil remains the same..they cud hav shown the spirit and masti of coll life in a diff manner ..

and I wud hav been and stil wil b apalled if the baby actually turns out to b from someone amongst the gang.. it stil doesnt fit in wit the viewers .. because majority of them do not accept it because its against our culture, me included! however, there's a diff b/w the baby actually turning out to b somebody's and talking abt things in gen ..

I also said it depends loads on the type of person u are in real life and what friend circle u have and how comfortable u are wit such talks..and if sumone is not comfortable, then I m not forcing them to be..thats their way of life ..

u dont like the track, I respect ur POV .. ther wer some tracks I didnt like..so I can understand!

thats why I m not commenting in the CV thread too..because I m not justifying the track here..all I m saying is that it depends on ur perspective abt things!

@ bold : I agree wit u on that part..I had no idea that kids this age watch the show too..I thought it was for the youth .. and youth includes 16 and above .. and those age group are ok wit such stuff .. again, this is my POV strictly ..

Thank you for understanding my pov...... As for children watching this show.....Yes they do .LOt's of my son's friends ( more so girls ) in his class watch MJHT . Same way lots of teachers in my school.. in different age groups watch it ... more so for fun , masti & lightness of the story. That's why the CV's shld be careful in what they show .
