gagan, I dont agree wit u yar!

ok..I mean, I can say that the discussions werent exactly "healthy" per say if u look at it from a conventional POV .. but when ppl can accept and love sequences like pehli baar mohabbat, roshni se and sajda .. then I dont think how talking abt it makes it suddenly seem unethical or so!

I mean, here toh all u hav to do is not explain to ur kids what the character said .. but in those sequences, u can actually VISUALISE stuff .. and if those kind of sequences are acceptable..then why not talking abt it?

ok I agree sum bits in it wer WAY too much...but then again, I really wudnt deny the fact that these kind of talks are a part of every 19 yr old coll students' life..this IS the way guys talk, I wud definitely say they do since I know manyyy such guys in my life .. infact, they are much much much worse than this ...

atleast I feel so, coz I hav had such type of discussions wit my friends and they are always healthy .. I think it depends loads on what type of a person u are in real life and what ur friend circle is like in real life .. if u hav a trusted group of friends wit whom u can discuss such stuff without getting embarassed then I dont think anything's wrong wit it ..

I m a biology student and hence prob I understand and look at artificial insemination in a different manner .. I mean, its such a beautiful way of creating babies to couples who dont hav them .. there's nothing wrong or unethical abt it!

sperm sample or sex..now I dont understand why ppl actually feel offended or are ashamed to use or hear these words when those very phenomena are a part of every human being's life .. and what is ther to b ashamed abt it? if ppl can justify condom usage ads .. then this is jus a small thing ..

as for not watching it wit ur kids, well, ther are many things on television these days that are not suitable for kids...if I wud say, even pehli baar, sajda and roshni se wer not suitable for kids .. since u are actually showing ur kids whats happening ther..they are actually DOING stuff .. here, if u dont want ur kids to b educated falsely ( and I agree, kids shud kno abt certain things only after a certain age, or else they can misuse that info ) ..then all u hav to do in send them in another room or something .. because they arent doing anything, but saying everything ..

abt library and reproduction experiments - they arent saying he DID that .. but such talks to happen and they are always said lightly ..

abt chemistry teacher and orange juice - they arent potraying the institution of education as bad .. I mean, even in movies like 'main hoon na' ther was a hot chem teacher..and SRK was bowled over by it .. but ppl overlooked that jus coz that was a movie?

then again, this forum has a wide variety of viewers ranging from 12 yr olds to 30 yr olds I presume .. so its really difficult to find something that the other find "funny" .. I mean, the definition of sense of humour itself keeps on changing wit every individual, toh age kya cheez hain!

so I dont agree gagan..I thought ther was nothing wrong in those epis or the way they spoke .. yeah, it may hav looked "unethical" to some..but then, sajda or pehli baar or roshni se seemed "unethical" to others.. so I guess its jus ur perspective at looking at things, rather than what they show u..

jus like ur couples are ur individual choices..so also, these things are ur individual choices too .. thats what I feel!

I am shocked and appalled.

MJHT has gone from a 'fun' and childlike innocent see-saw ride to an emotional roller coaster. One minute they are cutting short, in the most ludicrous way, a 'mature' or 'too serious' topic for sensitive MJHT viewers only to bring in a baby track where they have incorporated aspects of an 'adult' nature that I would be too embarrassed to discuss with my mother UNLESS it was for a good and serious reason NOT as a topic to joke about!

I just cannot believe that these are the very same people who gave us the first year of MJHT! Was there a change in writers, in production crew? Did someone trip and bang their head, get amnesia and forget the very concept of MJHT?

I cannot believe that they are any MJHT viewers who appreciated the beauty of the first season of MJHT who would appreciate the crudeness of this 'new' season. Do the actors not feel the silliness of it all, the mediocre and vulgar lines, the fragmented story lines and the complete lack of MJHT spirit of masti? One thing I know for sure is that I would not want to meet any of them, neither the creators nor those they create such 'entertainment' for pleasure?

I guess you said it all Gagan Di and everyone else
I don't need to say anymore but would like to add this.
Fair enough they want convey some social message to the youth but what the hell? Uday? he said he did artifical insemination???? Goodness me what have they turned they show into?
You know really, I would prefer watching any saas bahu drama than watching this. At least that is understandable. But what's up with this?
This is far away from being a youth show. Am so glad that I don't watch this show with my family. It would have been so embarrassing for me. My parents wouldn't even let me watch TV next time.
oh well, until the CVs don't bring us anything sensible to watch, I quit.
awesome topic and loved everyone's response!

That's exactly what I mean
I used to feel bad that I can't watch MJHT on TV, since I don't have the channel in my box but now I am so happy that I don't. I wouldn't have been able to face my parents.
You call me ZoaH BTW :)
