preeti first of all thanks for banning that MID but this issue is not finished here , as it was happened in past and will be if not any action will be taken so please this is kind request look into this matter 's root and preeti victimized person didn't say us to raise our voice its our own choice when we saw that topic she has nothing to do with our decision to pm u at all as previously i also mailed u for this reason at that time i was victimized

Hi Guys.

We're working hard on the issue. We've done what we could. I've done IP Checks on the User Name from different machines and its a clean check and does not match.

We can't do anything more than this but if there is evidence that it was done by another member, e.g. a PM convo or prior plan in a different thread/section.. please forward it to us and we could help with something..but without any proof we cannot do anything.

At the end, we can only do so much, There is a limit to what internet moderators and admins can do..and unfortunetly something like this is one.

I'm closing this thread for some time based on the rule of SPAM. A lot of members have spammed the feedback thread with the same complaint.

The member involved is in constant contact with the DT through PM. I advice others to not get involved as it will only increase the whole tension of the issue and will make things more complex for the DT to solve.

As peopple here raised some Questions over to me I would certainly like to reply to them.

ZJ, Gina, Ashi
I agree that what happened or is happening since past few days in this forum is not healthy. This Forum or IF is meant for people to come n have some Fun and share views but lately we've come across things that would make anyone think 1000 times before being frnds with anyone. I surely do not appreciate such things at MJHT or any Forum i go. People might have personal problems n issue's with one another but its unfair to remove the anger here on Forum.

About that Member ... I did IP check and I foind it Clean and not matching with any Other Member of the Forum so I could'nt do anything but get the member Banned by the Admins. Without any proof how am I too to take Action on the member. I did that what i could do being the CM of the Forum. Last time when same thing happened with Ashi .... we discussed the situation and took necessary action according to that and came to a mutual decision on that issue.

Thanks for Quoting the Main Post .... that was of Great Help as i was so searching for the Original Post. We do need it as a Proof for ID being banned.

1stly i've already told you that the IP check done came clean and that was the reason We could'nt do much but BAN the ID. About Action being taken after 48 hours ..... then according to me DB had taken immediate action on the same after he came online. Yes ID ban took time as we have to inform the Admin for the same and people here are'nt available 24X7. Even others have a life outside IF. Had i taken this lightly then may be inspite of being inactive would'nt have tried hard to contact the Admins to get the ID Banned. Thanks to Gagan who informed me about this and b'coz of which i was forced to come to IF to do the needful.

About your Question what if same thing had happened to me .... well let me tell you we've faced worst than this in IF. And if you dont believe me you can go and ask the DMG members who have seen Me and Gagan go through this. We've been assaulted with things that none would ever be called as ..... And let me tell you I dont take such things to heart. As at the end of the Day IF is just an entertainment deal for me. I come here for my friends and people i love and if someone is happy bashing me like this in public then be it .... i am happy for them. Unke kehne se I dont loose anything and neither do i gain anything so i ignore such things.

Now when your saying that you know who the person is and the person himself/herself has confessed it to you. The decision still lies on your part. Had we known the person we would have not gone back in taking action. But now when you admit you know who the person is then i guess Its your call of what you have to do.
About others having Fun in that Topic or supporting them ..... I cannot stand for them or force them to apologise to you. I am a Moderator to the Forum and not thier lives And it would be unfair for me to Force them to apologise to you. So there its you who have to take the decision on thm.

I told before too .... that I would help you'll as much as i can. But certain things are out of my reach too. Even we have some limitaions when it comes to our Rights here.

And Personally we would Appreciate if your internal fights/differences are'nt brought like this in Forum. You guys must understand that the reason for your difference would be minute things like a Show or a Couple but the personal Info's you'll disclose about your friends in Forum is not Healthy and this would only Ruin your reputation in front of Others.
