Given that Akhilesh's vasectomy was Ira's very first surgery how do they know that it was a total success? She could very well have made a mistake. Shouldn't they at least test/ experiment to attest to its success? I am sure Pushpa can provide them with a sure fire way of attesting to its success.😉

Hahaha. They should really take Pushpa's tips 🤣

But I'm sure when he was unconscious after the surgery they would've made sure everything was right and that it was successful. I agree that Ira could possibly have made mistakes but I doubt doctors would be unaware if a surgery had been unsuccessful.

Very nice topic ... I also thought about the same but then find it very difficult to determine a concrete way if the surgery is successful or not 😉 ... definitely Pushpa is very much there to help her do hanso ka jora to test every way possible about 😆😆😉
Baki to Murli Manohar aur Bajrangbali ke upar jyada pressure hai ... 😃

Ira ki Papa ki sune .. Aur Ira ko kamiyab doctor banaye ya Pushpa ki sune aur unko dadi banaye

I hope it was not successful. And I hope Gullu and Ira get a pleasant surprise. Otherwise this surgery is permanent according to all medical websites. Reversing is extremely complicated and rare. It's better if CVs show that Ira was not successful. That way Gullu can forgive her and love her wholeheartedly and she can be free from guilt. Honestly speaking I don't enjoy when people make fun of Gullu for the surgery. This surgery should have been kept private and Ira as a doctor should not have made the patient's name and identity Public. Huge mistake by CVs there. It was unethical thing to do. They better correct it and ditch this subject and continue with the story of Pushpa accepting an educated working DIL and Gullu helping his wife to be a good DIL and at the same time a practicing doctor.

In the show also they are showing that the reversal surgery is complicated and that's why Ira wants to take Akhilesh to USA for surgery as she dont want to take any chance. So I would like if they show both the surgeries are successful but anyhow we will never be able to know if Ira's surgery was successful or not until Akhilesh is medically checked up for reversal by some expert because at present it seems impossible that Akhilesh will give us any chance to prove it otherwise😳. He will definitely keep the promise at any cost he made to Ira's papa as long as he will be in his senses but Ira will be in love I guess and there can be vulnerable moments too. Whatever they will show that should be nearly logical, I'll be happy with that.
Right, It is unethical to disclose patient's identity.

Ira deliberately didn't do the surgery so when Akhilesh will be in love he should forgive and accept her with her unwanted mistake.

Story will definitely have the angel of Pushpa accepting her dulhain wholeheartedly with all her good & bad, because she also loves Irawati very much.

I like the idea of seeing Ira in a vulnerable state so that Pandeyji just loses himself in front of her. 😊 Then automatically the testing will be done 😉. And hopefully result will be positive (Pushpa's wish comes true) so there will be no need to go to US 😊 for that complicated rare surgery. We can always blame it on Ira's inexperienced hands. 😊
