most gurls apply ontop of ther eye with ther eyeshadow...while other gurls apply it below ther eye to outline ther eye...sum apply it around the whole eye(top and bottom)!!! i apply mine on the bottom of my eye...i was jus wondering wer all u apply urz???😕
