Logic Power:What relation is a man to his mother's only brother's only nephew?

This makes me so damn confused

Man>>mothers only brother>>>Only nephew...

Haha...I think that answer is...*Wait*Let me see if your clever enough to figure this out by yourself😉

BTW, just to let you know...this thingy wasnt forwarded.I got it from my Math Book😉
