Login Issues

Hi,
I am a member of AF for a long time, but every now and then I am logged out of the forum. I understand that my be done for security. My only problem is if I am shut out of the AF there is no one I can talk to in the Forum to help me as I am barred from sending any messages in the system. If a person is locked out of any reason and need to contact someone, there should be some way to communicate without going through passwords and securities as that does not work all the time either. I have ended up creating two accounts now - one is dalals and the other is dharad. kindly advise.
