My thought is very plain and simple - Manushi has sort of become an addiction of Meet A which he thinks and knows is bad news but it is too good for him to let it go. The problem is he still is hanging in the place where it meant to be or not to be. See the guy lost the person he loved who he thinks is good.He genuinely tried to move on and it's easy if you know that the other person was wrong. It is easy to hate them. But now Manushi comes back and says the sad story that she left for her sister sort of sacrifices for her sister. Yes he doesn't believe her but there is a seed of doubt. Because the dream of being again with Manushi is easier no pain no heartbreak it's the easy way out but in case of Meet Hooda their is effort lot of effort. Who doesn't want to use the easy way out.

I donot have an issue with the progress unless and until they don't go down the stupid route of EMA. If Meet A does right and tell Meet Hooda the truth and then purses Manushi - well and fine. Let him.until this happens he won't be able to move on and understand the true nature of his addiction. After that maybe Meet and Meet can start their journey a fresh. But yes Meet A will have to work like hell to get Meet H back.

Meet H deserves the truth if he pursues Manushi and MeetH deserves the hard work that Meet A will go through to gain her back. This will also give time to Meet H to understand her feeling for Meet A.

I dont think the makers are going overboard with Manushi jaap. Some things need drama. Heck I needed the boat confrontation to have more drama. Not over the ott but some more. And Shagun is nailing it. If the makers play right we will get to see some more angst filled episodes of both Meet and it will be amazing.

I conclude guys are weak in general and can not handle emotional break down very well. They say things many times about doing things but when they could not do it they come up with all type of excuses or just lashes out on others or just takes their anger out on whoever they consider is closest to them

This is the exact reason i couldnt enjoy the ME n still havent watched yest’s epsde too…… .The nighty n tub scene was all about physical love , attraction and yet I couldn't see invoking of passion from MA side….the tub scene was the one I was highly disappointed , not cos it didnt had that closeness but it fail to trigger MA’s desires. I dunno whether it was editing or writing or lack of emotion’s from the actor, but the whole scenario never depicted that proximity, that lust or any urge to feel these sensations …. ! The purpose of such scenes is to show the passionate love , where the hero is supposedly get driven by the attraction of this mere gal but be it both the scenes, it was shown as a comic caper.. .. Where is that desire for her???? Where is that romance ???? Where are his monologues or anything that shows how affected he is with her due to all that closeness or her clothes or her sleeping vith him in that nighty or bathub????Did he actually see her face even properly??? or even her figure …. Tats why i never had the mojjo to discuss after the telecast … A big let down … These scenes could had atleast given us respite , Chalo MA is given a consideration on his awaken thoughts and new feelings for Meety even if Manu is around wouldn’t had been an issue then …. You see about attraction. I saw it in Diwali episode, in Chooda vadhana episode, in HM day 1, also a little in the first fall in the tub, but it's subtle and beautiful. That's the problem. Humans compare kartay hain and humans go cheeze complex karna Pasand nahi. We want either a black or white side. This is right and this wrong. So compare kyun na kare. Manushi k liya hate/ love itna intense hain ki Meets ki progression/ bonding null lag rahi hain (which is not the truth. Watch their clips and you will see they came a long way). What needs to be done is to tone down the jaap and them eradicating it completely, only then we will be able to focus on Meets. Tab tak, think of them as two best buddies trying to make a marriage work, and Manushi is MA's ex, and trust me it will hurt your eyes less. I guess Nephy bhi yehi keh rahi thi kuch episodes pehla.

Manushi in Meet's mind (coming from Meet's pov) is an enigma now. Is she the girl he fell for? Is she the selfish girl who left him at his alter? Or is she the girl who is begging for his forgiveness and sympathy? (Yaar Manushi Jo trope play kar rahi hain na? It is ITV'S fav redemption track. That's how guilt ridden lovers attain forgiveness. They suffer infront of their lovers and make them realize dekho I love you sacchi mucchi) What is she? But he also knows that he is married, so this really doesn't matter, but it is affecting him. What to do now?

With Meet:

Physical level mein zyada attraction nahi hain abhi. Maybe they are laying ground for a love where you love the soul and not the body. He is falling for her each day with each new personality being unleashed. He runs to her when he is upset. He smiles with her no matter how upset he is. Only she has the power to pull him out of the bizarre state his mind is in. And that's Meet Hooda's superpower on play. He just shines different with her. Chahaya jitna dukhi ho, a little banter with her, and he is back to being the goofy, cute Meet Alhawat /Meetwa we all love. Boat incident~spend time with MH~attain normalcy. Tub incident~banter with MH~attain normalcy. That's it. He can be his vulnerable self infront of her and she is there. She understands him and to be honest he needs her. He will be lost without her and he doesn't realize that.

He needs to put his mind to what is more important to him.

Why do we see him so overwhelmed and restless all the time ?

Cause he is falling for Meety and trying to 'fall out of love' with Manushi at the same time.

Where the writers f-ed up?

Showing such intensity for Manushi wasn't needed. Angst mil raha hain par galat source se. We understand what you wanted to show hut such repeatitive drama wasn't needed. How are we supposed to ship our couple (the end game) if you do this?!! They really needed to tone down this Manushi jaap and focus more on Meets. Because now if they wanna convince us, they have to show more intensity from MA's side for MH which is very hard.

What should be done now?

MA seems to be transfixed. At time like this, we usually need a dhakka.

A dhakka to make him realize that what MH is for him ( and tbh fandom ko bhi Janna hain yeh) Maybe her distancing herself from him or her getting hurt. Kuch bhi lao paar MH k liya lao.

A dhakka that will immediately clear all the confusion he has for Manushi. He needs to see her real face Taki banday k dimaag mein Jo confusion ka dukan khula hain woh band ho. Cz apparently our ML isn't smart enough to realize Manushi is bad just by her approaching him in her sister's absence.

P.S-Meety is sorted. She isn't head over heels for Meetwa either. She is dealing with this how she would deal in an arrange marriage setting. Love in such cases doesn't happen overnight, but the relationship stays and she is working to make this relationship work. So is Meetwa. Even he is working to make this relationship work. What's messed up is that his past is reckoning him as he is stepping towards the future.

Ikr. I hope they tone this down and finally eradicate it. He is confused and that's what I wrote there. You can read Limerence and Love post to get a better insight actually
