Some of us had discussed this a long time ago. Priya's silence for the sake of the family was made clear quite a bit after she started keeping quiet. Her reactions never made in sense in the beginning. I remember hoping against hope that it was all an act and that she was plotting some intelligent revenge. Here we have a smart villain...one of the best developed characters in this show or any other Hindi one for that matter. But none of the women seem to be shown as a strong opposing equal to him...except for Roshni Devi! Priya was supposed to be the one that came in as the outsider and encouraged the other three women to fight for their rights! But now...each women is on her own.

At the moment Priya is there to support Devyani and make her speak up, but Devyani doesnt want to and wants Priya to also do the same. Devyani knows Priya is there for her. As for Uttara she wont listen to what Priya or Devyani will say. She believes in her jijaji too much, like Jaya says shes in a trance, especially when she with him.
And Vidya, unless she tells someone shes on her own. Devyani knows but again she wont do anything and will also want Vidya to remain quiet too. Vidyas wont get any support from her family either.
Lets just see who supports whom 😕

It was mentioned in one of the previous posts that Priya is a lawyer, but i dont think she fully qualified. Remember when they went to report SSP, she said i'm a law student. So her studies also probably stopped when she got into all that mess.

Hello ladies... Jaya, Rits, Garima, Fizk and all..🤗

Agree the serial went down to pits for a long while and has just started to get interesting with Devyani and Vidya coming into realization of how there lives have been shattered.

Ghosh my heart went out to Devyani yesterday when she tried to warn UT over the phone convo and instead got accused by her confused sister of being a selfish monster !.

I think we are seeing turning points for the 3 protagonists while UT remains trapped under BR unctuous affection. Priya, Devyani and Vidya have reached limits of their Maryada and may start action for the story to progress and align with the original premise of women drawing strength from each other to fight battles against their perpetrators.

It would be nice to see small victories along the way for the women against the villain before the story reaches climax or else we may see BR getting shot by frustrated Devyani in a fit of rage...

As for Priya, I seem to be the only one here ok with her choosing Aditya over Brahma. Being that BR attempted to violate her and did not succeed, painful memories of it does not stand upto the unconditional love Aditya has offered and so I can see why cvs went that route. Priya was suicidal when Adi came into her life but Adi restored her faith in life and to me that is the biggest truth of her life..

I completely agree with you all, this Uttara falling in love with SSP track and whatnot is disgusting.

And to me, it depicts a relationship where the woman just doesn't seem to have respect for anyone around her, including herself. I would say there's a difference between falling in love with someone, and going further to act upon it. Her falling in love with him, however disgustingly atrocious it may be, is whatever. I could ignore it. The fact that she will end up going further with him is what annoys me, because at that point she's completely ruining her sister's marriage. She doesn't seem to respect herself enough either to me because she's not trying to attempt to fall in love with a SINGLE man, rather than a married man. hgdjfg. It's gross, and I'm hating the way the CVs are taking this track. -_-

Agree with Niana...I just hate all those scenes between Uttara and Brahma..and 99% of times, I skip them. Totally gross. We realize she's alone and her husband died, but itz not right from any angle to get involved with her SISTERS' husband no matter how the relationship between sister and jiju is...ughhh.

its nice to read the POV's.

I too don't like the way Bhrama-Uttara track is heading. Uttara falling for Bhrama's trap seems nonsense as its her Sisters Husband. I fail to understand uttara's turn-around from the old avatar (where is killed her husband) i understand the situation is different but ethics shouldn't change.

Whenever Bhrama builds false story around his life with Devyani, Uttara belives it and not for a second she thinks if her sister would do so ?. lets assume that she believes Bhrama beyond limits, even then she should try to fix the differences than fall for Bhrama for his needs 😡

Even the smartest people fall and become dumb and senseless when in love

Just look at history!

Uttara is a single woman and SSP is a very manipulative man

He knows what to say to Uttara for her to fall in love with him

For SSP , he is lusting after Uttara - wanting her for one thing only!

Uttara- somewhat lust and desire but she is in love with the guy and thinks its mutual

yeah it sucks she is cheating on her own sister with her brotherinlaw..but its interesting how she has convinced herself this affair is okay

SSP's wife knows what a rat and scumbag he is...but I find like she is 'letting' it happen...she has given up...probably because she is sick of it all and putting up such a farce..personally I dont like his wife...she is in some lala land and a control freak
