Something to think about...

not sure if this has been posted (and if it has, sorry!!) before but I was just thinking about something:

Remember when Gaurav was arguing with Devyani about how he never got to marry the love of his life and then Devyani said something along the lines of, well if we let you marry the love of your life then this family would not have been able to show their face in public, etc. etc.

Soo if its this Aarti girl that's the "love of his life", why would that be a disgrace? Is it something we're going to find out about her?! But then I'm thinking Aarti could also be a cover up for something else scandalous...cause they seem more like friends to me anyway.

What do you guys think :)

I hope he is gay , that will give the show a great twist , after all this show is for mature audience and we are expecting to see harsh realities in the show , I hope after vidya gets to know about Gaurav's homosexuality she moves on in life and gets her divorce .

I want this show to break the norm than showing ordinary love story

Yeah I'm thinking he could be gay too then. unless they've decided to change the storyline half way or something (like imli's pregnancy?!?) so all that stuff about how it would have been a disgrace to the family shouldn't be there lol should be interesting to see where this goes!

i hope though if he is, it doesn't lose viewership? I mean I think it would be awesome, something different but at the same time the mentality of Indian people when it comes to subjects like that...uhh yeah especially the older generation..

maybe arti is previously married or divorced, that would be not right for devyani....either or some connection from past to ssp, maybe roshni daughter, but they would have loved it.....

@prernacda i agree with you about priya giving ssp looks. I feel like she only wants to consummate her marriage with aditya JUST to prove stupid SSP wrong, not because she first and foremost wants to! I mean obviously she does, she was pretty excited in the last episode, like genuinely. But at the same time she wants to "win" ... SSP was right when he said she's playing a game or whatever (something along those lines)

exactly , and the way gaurav and arti broke that hug clearly showed that gaurav is just taking arti's help to keep vidya away, but the matter is definitely something else. But if gurav is a gay, then can homosexual people really turn back to being heterosexual, or they'll show him becoming a bisexual later???????????

Even i think gaurav arti thing is not simple as it looks..they look more like friends...we have never seen them romancing alone,nor in his dreams...Gaurav could be bisexual,he is attracted towards Vidya but is controlling himself for his guy love..
I dont understand Priya either...why is she doing this? Why she wants to conssumate her marraige NOW...she had so much time earlier..and whats up with Aditya? he can be so easily manipulated, he looks more like a college boy, ...priya challenging SSP is quite brave of her,Aditya doesnt earn anything what if SSp just kicks them both out of the house?? Either do it in one shot or wait for right time...why are you playing these childish games...ssp has proves time and again he is more powerful,putting salt in the chai and all and giving those looks will just make the matters worse
