I am wondering why one would buy ZEE marathi broadband package in India when you get loads of channels for half the price. :)

Anyways, watchindia is streaming @ 576 kbps on an average as opposed to 416 kbps by planetvu. Watchindia quality is way better than planetvu.

As far as buffering goes, it may be your ISP that claims one speed but in reality doesn't give you that much. In India most premium unlimited packages give 512 kbps MAX and capped packages are upto 2mbps. No idea what speed and ISP you have.

You may check the speed at wwwDOTdslreportsDOTcom and then goto Tools and speed test. Pl post your results here.

Also some country and/or content provider have rules for "right to distribution" ZEE marathi may not allow broadband distribution in India (I am not sure). It's easy to identify which country you are in based on your IP(except if you are using some hacked proxy).

Thanks,

crsds

anyways guys.. guess what?!! i'll be in mumbai sunday night and my mum has got us 2 seats to the SRGMP finale on Sunday night!! I am so excited about it!! Just thought I'd share with the diehard SRGMP fans here..
