My guess abt the past - Z, VS and J are friends...J loved ST, ST loved VS in the past, she is JD sister... Zende has done something to ST, J thinks VS has done it to become owner of SGI...Zende nantar J la jail madhe patahwto, and VS becomes owner...tyamule sagla misunderstanding...VS is confident to meet J as he has not done anything...

PS: So probably it might be on 9 Dec viku proposes and as he finishes his proposal confession Isha instead of reacting to his love would question him "what's ur real name" or what's your past... And boom finally ST mystery would start to unfold
