I think she will confront Arjun, who will tell her the truth and request her to keep quiet about it. Perhaps gradually everyone will find out the reality except for Lakshmi...who will find out last!

i think first she will be angry with the lie n will confront him n after knwin his side of story she will support hin n will help him... as even she thinks ajay the real arjun is better for lakshmi...
